Chapter 3052: True Covenant Between Demons and Dragons III

"The final agreement must be signed by the universe itself as the last witness. This is a True Covenant between the two parties before me. I, as the mediator and witness, shall be the one to uphold it to strict standards. May the universe acknowledge this agreement for the betterment of the two." Adrian stated as his entire form right now is like a mass of energy that flows like fire and water.

The Daemos Elders and the Ancient Dragons could not hold their head high as a poweful pressure is being poured towards them. The only one that could hold his ground is Adrian as he is not affected by this at all. The most important thing is that the being that came out of a rift that warped time, space, and reality.

The two parties want to see what being descended but all they could see is its lower body. It was shaped like a humanoid but just staring at its feet that is floating made the Daemos Elders and the Ancient Dragons shudder. They were now in front of a being that has immense karma and could erase them from existence if they offend it.

The being that came out actually looked like a carbon copy of Adrian when he is in his Herrscher form but it face is blotted out. The most important thing is that this being looked at Adrian and nodded as if his existence is far superior. This being then collected the agreement and then bowed to Adrian again before leaving.

[The universe’ representative has accepted the True Covenant between the Daemos and the Dragons.]

[Moving forward, the True Covenant must be enforced or punishment shall rain down on those that break it.]

[Both Parties will have a day of grace period to make the detail of the True Covenant come true. If the grace period is not enough, the parties in the True Covenant may go to the witness and mediator on order to change the grace period to a suitable timeline.]

As soon as the representative of the universe vanished, the Daemos Elders and the Ancient Dragons are finally able to control their bodies. They jerked their head up and saw that Adrian is still sitting peacefully and drinking his tea as if nothing is a problem. The beads of sweat could be seen before the two parties as they could not believe what they had just experienced.

"What was that?!" The Ancient Dragon Aurum stated in shock as he sat down to also drink the tea that has gone cold.

The Daemos Elders and the Ancient Dragons then noticed that only Adria’s tea is still hot while theirs had gone cold because of the energy fluctuation that the room was subjected to. One could easily see that Adrian managed to control the area around him so that the vast amounts of energy earlier could not touch him. The fact that the entire room has been subjected to a shift in energy means that the being that descended is actually more powerful than a High God at least.

"That was the representative that the universe sent in order to mediate. Usually, it would just send a High God from the Gods of Life or the Gods of Death but it actually sent that powerful a representative. Maybe both parties are too special that even a High God would not be enough to be the representative." Adrian stated with a smile but these elders that have lived a long life know why that representative appeared.

The Daemos Elders and the Ancient Dragons knew that such a representative only appeared because it was Adrian presiding over them. If it was just another divine being that can initiate a True Covenant then a high god would be sent to oversee it. The Daemos Elders already have a clue why such a representative appeared. The Ancient Dragons, on the other hand, had tagged Adrian as a person that they must never cross ever.

"I think it is a good thing that Mother is under the protection of the mediator before us. This means that the Dragon Race has taken a step towards the umbrella of a being that could move the universe itself." The Ancient Dragon Namtar told the other two ancient dragons via a special telepathic link they have.

"I also agree with that. We could not check on the mediator because of a skill he has but we have now witnessed something others must never talk about." The Ancient Dragon Khah-yil stated via the telepathic link as well.

"We are already in a True Covenant with the Daemos. We are basically tied to them for all our lives as long as it is not dissolved. It practically means that we are family already!" The Ancient Dragon Aurum stated via their telepathic link.

"Since the True Covenant has been accepted, does anyone have a problem with the grace period?" Adrian asked as if he failed with communicating this then he would be the one punished instead.

"No. We can transfer the relevant details today. Please follow me." Elder Koronn stated as he created a portal that leads to the observatory.

"We shall take our leave then. Please take care of us, mediator." The Ancient Dragon Aurum stated with a bow of respect towards Adrian.

When the Ancient Dragons left, Elder Ascalor and Elder Bronx immediately sealed the area around them. They checked if someone could eavesdrop or break the barrier they made. When everything is sealed, they immediately started asking Adrian some questions.

"Brat... you truly have become terrifying. Never be involved in an agreement using a True Covenant again. I fear that the gods would start targeting you if they learned what descended to finalize it." Elder Ascalor warned.

"I also agree. If you make another one then that being would surely descend again and it will only bring you trouble." Elder Bronx added.

"The elders do not have to worry about those details because everything froze when it happened. Reality itself came to a standstill so even the gods would not be able to see what happened in this room. Even if they wanted to peek, they would probably be crying out in pain." Adrian replied as he covered the entire room with his own chaos energy to make sure that no one could peaked as even, he knew that the being that descended is not normal.

"Do you know what even descended?" Elder Ascalor asked.

"Do you want the honest answer or the answer that you want to hear?" Adrian replied with a smile.

"It seems that you already know then I shall not pursue it. It is better for you to seal that ability of yours for now while those ancient dragons are still unaware." Elder Ascalor warned.

"If this is treated horribly then you might be the source of war." Elder Bronx added.

"I am aware which is why all of my moves recently are very covert. I am also being very careful from now on because more gods can descend." Adrian replied without sugarcoating his words.

"As long as you understand then it will put us at ease." Elder Ascalor stated as he brought the barrier down.

In the depths of the dungeon in Mount Etna, the force that is sealed in that very dungeon felt a shift in the world for a split second. The Primordial Calamity Typhon did not investigate it further as it was only for a fraction of a second. The Primordial Calamity Typhon could only believe that this is just because a god tried to hit the divine barrier covering the planet.

"Master, forgive us because we have failed you." Mera stated as he bowed towards the sealed ruin where the Primordial Calamity Typhon is sealed.

"State everything that happened to me." The Primordial Calamity Typhon replied but its voice could only echo in the mind of Mera.

"As the master wishes, this humble one shall recall everything in happen even if it is shameful." Mera stated as he proceeded to recount everything and even add his own personal flair to it.

"I have understood what happened but this does not mean I will not be punishing you. Still, you managed to get a part of that herb that has the same divine energy frequency that the bastard Zeus has." The Primordial Calamity Typhon stated.

"Yes, master. We have enough to at least make a trial batch to see if it could corrode the seal." Mera replied as he started sweating since punishment is not light at all when it comes to the Primordial Calamity Typhon.

"No need to test it for me. Use that energy to track the sires of that bastard Zeus himself. Even if it is meager, the power those bastards that he created should be enough to use collectively to destroy this seal." The Primordial Calamity Typhon stated.

"The master is indeed wise as the Storm Cloud Ravine is no longer a viable option. If we are talking about the Olympian God King’s bastard sons and daughters then it will be plentiful. We shall make arrangement right away." Mera stated as she bowed until her forehead hit the floor.
