The entire City of Chains turned green as the Primordial Flames of Hell, the ones Kent used to form his core, erupted, setting all chains on fire.
The chains meant to kill him were now being controlled by him.
"Come out and face your death, bastard," Kent said, looking toward the Chained Palace. "Don’t let your subordinates suffer in your stead."
As if to prove what he said, he waved his hand, and the chains claimed over 30,000 Chainfiends’ lives. Their blood essences were the only thing that remained.
City Lord Zorvak gritted his teeth, his anger and fury palpable.
Suddenly, a powerful aura erupted from his body, and he moved, his four hooked arms wielding chains. He wanted Kent dead, but seeing as he had taken over his formation, things seemed to have taken a bitter turn.
The viewers could only sigh in pity as they looked at the pitiful City Lord flying toward Kent.
"He is going to die at the hands of his own creation," they all thought.
However, contrary to what everyone thought, when the City Lord got close to the chains, they parted, allowing him to move unrestricted toward Kent.

"DIE!"
City Lord Zorvak shouted, his chains lit in flames as all four hooked arms struck forward, the chains whipping through the air, each aimed at Kent’s body.

"Are you mad I borrowed your formation?"
He didn’t touch him. Kent merely whispered to him and then moved back. With 60,000 flame veins working to boost his speed, not even ten of City Lord Zorvak could do anything to him.
City Lord Zorvak gritted his teeth and swung his chains, creating a field of chains to prevent Kent from drawing near.
Then he retrieved a talisman and placed it on his chest. In an instant, his strength rose by 300%. He moved forward, aiming to unleash his strongest attack.
However, before he could get close to Kent, he moved again, and this time, instead of speaking, he tapped City Lord Zorvak on the shoulder after Kent appeared overhead, his body turned upside down.

He landed beside the City Lord and placed his foot on his head before he could get out of the ground.
Kent then waved his hand, and the chains cleared, allowing the Chainfiends to see the situation their City Lord had found himself in.
"Well, I guess this is where we end things." Kent smiled and then, like kicking a ball, City Lord Zorvak’s head flew through the air, landing on a cage several miles away.
The red pillar lit in the City of Chains turned off, announcing that the City lord of Gorathis, the City of Chains, has fallen, and the challenger is now 13 pillars left to reach the Hell king.
"Until next time, everyone," Kent said before taking to the sky. Now that the city lord is dead, he has no reason to kill anymore. After all, they aren’t attacking him, so he also wasn’t about to be shameless and attack them for nothing.
The moment a city lord dies during a hell road, the hunters working under him will stop attacking the challenger. Those are the rules set by the Hell Monarch.

The moment the pillars lit 4 years ago, Ashira, the Ash Queen, became prepared to battle against the challenger.
She is the ruler of the 13th city. Naturally, she is stronger and has better warriors than City lord Zorvak. However, after 4 years had passed and the challenger hadn’t reached her city, she started to think maybe the challenger wouldn’t come, that he would die in the Damned Hell Sea.

The heat in the city rose by a degree, indicating that the formation is growing.
Suddenly, an Idea pops into Kent’s head.
A dagger appeared in his hand, and then 3000 blood runes activated.
At once, Kent turned toward the City load and threw the dagger at a speed so fast that not even the City lord saw how her head was impaled on his throne.
Before her guards could see what had happened, the city lord was long dead, her bone head cracked open by the dagger Kent threw.
The formation is deactivated, and the 13th Hell pillar dimmed, announcing the death of the city lord.
Kent moves and retrieves his dagger, with a wink at the guards, he flew away and headed toward Xyphor — City of Blades
