Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 1297: Battle Royal

Chapter 1297: Battle Royal

Although Kent hadn’t personally made progress in forming his own sword realm, he had found a path that involved stealing the sword realms of others and making them his own.

Of course, it sounded like a terrible idea, since he knew the path to forming his own sword realm would be for him to first steal from others.

It doesn’t sound unique since he would be basing his sword realm on others. The sword realm he would later form would be by merging all the sword realms he had stolen.

He saw how Jest started walking that path, and for now, he knew he, too, would have to walk it. But since Jest had already done it, the only thing left for him now is to recall more of his memories, and he, too, would be able to form his own.

Of course, he knew there was more to it than he was made aware. But that is for later.

Thankfully, he already has three sword realms stolen.

What he never expected, however, was how powerful those sword realms had become under his command.

Compared to what he saw in Jest’s memories when he used the [Broken Sword Realm] just now, the power output was several times stronger. He is now a sword king, but back then, Jest was one too, but he couldn’t command such devastation.

So there shouldn’t have been this much gap between them.

Initially, the plan was to use the sword realm to distract them long enough to unleash the kill move. However, when the broken swords attacked, he saw the shock of his life.

Even the colossal and extremely hard skull-like body of the Seven-Horn Nightmare Devastating Shark Beast was pierced by the broken swords.

It was a very shocking moment, but a welcome one. With this boost, his swordsmanship, which he was worried about, has proven to be much more stable than he expected.

"I’d better take these fangs before more come," Kent swung his sword, and thin lines of sword aura formed and cut the fangs from the Abyssal Frost Serpent and the Solar-Pelt Lion.

He only needed the fangs for those two.

The Seven-Horn Nightmare Devastating Shark Beast was for his swordsmanship requirement trial.

That particular beast was supposed to be devastating, but thanks to his level-up, it was easily killed, to Kent’s shock. Now, after taking what is required of him, he turns and looks in the direction of the Void Tower.

Naturally, he knew he was being stared at by the temple master, so he grinned and spoke.

"Do not have cold feet now, buddy. We are just getting started," Kent pointed his jagged sword in the direction of the void temple.

However, before he could make a sound, the ground started shaking from all sides. As someone who had seen and fought in many beast tides, Kent recognised the danger coming.

The Temple Master of Annihilation didn’t learn his lesson, so he sent more beasts toward Kent.

"Never mind. I will just use this to train before we meet," Kent waited for the first batch of the beasts to appear within range.

"Let’s see how strong the three sword realms in my arsenal have become," he activated the Broken Sword Realm again, manifesting thousands of broken swords.

They trembled, creating clicking sounds as both those in the air and those embedded in the ground stirred, and what followed was a rain of death.

Kent didn’t hold back his assault in the slightest. With thousands of beasts coming his way, the only thing he needed now was to use his swordsmanship to the max.

It is true that his dragon form is his strongest form. However, when it comes to swordsmanship, he is terrifying there as well. He wasn’t known in the past as Lord Genesis for nothing.

His terror with the sword is evident in his single-handed slaughter across the battlefield.

The Broken Sword Realm only covered a 10,000 km radius. Kent could have limited it to just 100 meters or even less; however, with its vastness, everything entering is being killed.

Somewhere within the sword ream, a centipede monster sneakily made its way toward Kent through the ground, hoping to catch him by surprise.

Looking at its aura, it was in no way weaker than the four beasts Kent had just killed. So it was a monster, and slowly it was gaining ground on Kent, unaware that it had already been discovered and that Kent was ready for it as well.

Eventually, just when Kent turned to look to his right since he sensed another powerful presence coming toward him, the centipede burst out from the ground and lunged at him.

However, a smirk formed on Kent’s lips as he tapped into his already prepared skill aimed at ending him.

"Doom Shards"

From the same ground the centipede came from, thousands of doom shards, pointed and shining with deadly intent, burst out and aimed at the centipede.

It sensed the attack and reacted by coiling its body.

Exoskeleton armour appeared on its skin, giving it a metallic shine. The doom shards, pointed and deadly as they may be, bounce off it. However, Kent didn’t seem bothered since his attack wasn’t the doom shard.

That was only meant to distract it long enough to unleash a sword move he had created as the foundation of a sword technique he would be developing in the future.

He trailed his index and middle fingers along the thick and jagged form of his sword, igniting it in green flame. His flame core surged and filled the sword with so much fire.

The moment his fingers came off, he slashed the sword, and a 200-meter-long flame crescent arc flashed out, cutting the centipede in half.

"Still got it," he smiled, but then his left brow twitched.

Kent took a step to his left as if he were merely moving. However, right when he moved, a thick shard made from bone zipped past where he stood a second ago. The bone shard stabbed into a Death Stage Lizard Beast sneaking up on Kent.

Looking ahead, Kent saw a bone dragon standing atop a hill, staring hollowly in his direction.

"Looks eerie," Kent chuckled, and then he waved his hand, sending three Tier 19 Soul Spirits in its direction. Before it could make a move, a terrifying soul explosion enveloped it.

Kent smirked and turned to face a few more dangers coming toward him. However, he quickly jumped backwards, evading yet another bone shard.

He turned and saw the bone dragon standing still, looking at him with the same hollow gaze.

"Well, I didn’t see that coming." Kent furrowed his brow, looking at the bone dragon. "Motherfucker doesn’t have a soul."

Kent jumps and hovers in the air, thousands of doom shards flying and stabbing hundreds of beasts in rapid succession.

"How is that even possible?"

[It has no soul because it is merely a puppet. Somebody or something else is controlling it. I believe the master should be ready for a more advanced form of combat.]

Just when the Tower said that, an extremely large black flag rose into the air from the ground, and a demonic human appeared in front of it, locking eyes with Kent.
