Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 1339: Kaelith’s Rescue (1)

Chapter 1339: Kaelith’s Rescue (1)

"Looks like they are waiting for us," Uncle Drew said just as they approached the city.

Three demigods hovered before the gate, their focus rooted on them. Behind them, hundreds of immortals could be seen, with even a dozen being immortal Lords.

It seemed the scan Avotha did spook them.

"It seems so. However, that changes nothing," Kent said, flying before the team. He was the weakest of them, yet he was leading—a clear indication of who was in charge.

"Let’s talk to them first. I have some stuff to say to them before things get ugly," Kent said, his speed increasing. A few seconds later, they were 100 meters from the gate.

"Who are you and what is your business here in Roc City?" one of the demigods, a handsome fella with nicely cute red hair, asked, his expression hostile.

"Technically, we are outside of Roc City. However, we are here for business, so how about you point us in the direction of a prisoner you have locked away for thousands of years now? I believe his name is Kaelith."

The look on the three demigods and the immortals behind them changed. Kent could tell they didn’t like the mention of Kaelith.

This also meant they were in the right place.

"This is the domain of the Divine Flame Rocs. It would be wise to turn around and leave before incurring our wrath," the demigod spoke again. However, Kent merely turned and looked at Avotha...

"If possible, kill that bastard." Avotha nodded and walked forward.

"It would be wise if you point us in the right direction and let us have our way instead of crossing us. Trust me, it is not worth it," Avotha said, taking out a sword from his space ring.

The demigod and his friends said nothing. However, Kent saw them move forward and form a battle formation.

"Well then, looks like we have to kill them now."

Avotha was the first to move. He took a step forward, arriving before the demigod, his sword going for a dangerous arc.

The demigod, caught off guard, used his hand to brace; however, he was sent flying, crashing through the city door and destroying it in the process. The entire city shuddered from the impact.

"Weak," Avotha said, looking at the demigod, who was already bleeding. He took another step, and he was already upon him again.

Lene and Vargus also moved, and the other two demigods were taken off the board, leaving only the immortals.

"Here we go," Uncle Drew said with a smile before pulling two swords. His eyes burst into green flames, and with that, he was upon the immortals, his aura increasing as he moved.

Enkay also followed, taking on an Immortal Emperor. He may be a True Immortal, but he was no weakling at all.

"Master, be sure not to die," Axiom said before he also jumped into battle. Kailan and Kol followed, their terrifying auras causing the Flame Rocs to shudder long before they approached them.

"Hmm, looks like I am the only one left," Kent said, his expression calm.

He was already out of his league, considering the weak Flame Roc on the battlefield is a Spirit Immortal; however, he didn’t seem to care.

He scanned the battlefield, and then his expression suddenly changed. "We cannot afford to fight a prolonged battle. There are still two demigods and perhaps a god already on the way. We have five minutes to go."

The battle had already become chaotic; however, everyone seemed to be ignoring him. It was as if they didn’t take him seriously, or maybe they wanted to save him for last.

However, Kent had already made his move; he was just waiting for the right time to reveal it.

He stood there for about 45 seconds, then he took one step forward, and he was in the middle of the battlefield. Suddenly, over ten thousand soul spirits appeared, catching everyone off guard.

"When they ask, tell them Kent Madson was here." Kent burst out in resounding laughter as he snapped his finger, causing every last soul spirit to explode.

What followed was the painful scream of thousands of immortals. In what should have been a simple explosion, over 600 immortals ranging from Spirit Immortal to True Immortal collapsed, the majority of them dying from soul damage.

The rest sustained gory soul damage. Not even the Immortal Lords were spared.

"Damn, what was that?" Axiom asked, turning in Kent’s direction. Sensing his gaze, Kent turned in his direction and gave him a wink, then he transformed, taking on his colossal dragon form.

But that wasn’t all; just as he became a dragon, the Chaos Scales appeared and coated his entire body. Then, all 80,000 blood runes also appeared and merged with his body.

Afterwards, the 120,000 flame veins also activated at the same time, and then the Jade Void Wings manifested, merging with his dragon wings.

Kent had transformed from a mortal dragon to a terrifying chaos dragon, the kind that is created to kill and cause severe chaos.

"Catch me if you can."

BUZZZZZZZ

With a flap of his wings, he moved and crashed through over a hundred immortals, killing a couple of dozen while the rest crashed several km away, their bones breaking in the process.

Many Flame Rocs followed him. However, Axiom, Kailan, and Kol followed as well. Their job now was to make sure Kent got to Kaelith in one piece.

"What in the hell was that?" an Immortal Lord asked, clenching his chest from the soul attack caused by the soul spirit explosion.

"I think that is a dragon," one of his pals answered. However, before he could add more context, he sensed danger appear behind him, forcing him to move forward.

But it was already too late. Uncle Drew had already made his move, his sword piercing through his back, appearing on his chest. He tried to pull himself from the sword; however, he regretted that action a second later when his entire body was engulfed in deep green flames.

Uncle Drew was long gone before the second Immortal Lord could make his move.

However, the legendary Kael Duskbane is not an ordinary warrior. He knew he had to kill two birds with one stone, so he went ahead and rigged the bastard he stabbed.

With his pal set on fire and screaming, he did what anyone would do in his position: he went to his rescue.

But just when he got close to putting out the fire, Uncle Drew snapped his finger, exploding the Immortal Lord he had attacked and taking the second Immortal Lord with him.

The core explosion from an Immortal Lord is powerful enough to kill another immortal lord and take a large chunk of the city with it.

"Damnit. Killing Immortal Lords is such a headache," Uncle Drew said with a weak smile, his pale expression showing he had used more than he should.

He is a Death-stage cultivator; however, with a perfect display of battle intelligence, he killed an Immortal Lord.

If he were to face one in a one-on-one battle, he wouldn’t last a minute. However, here he was, complaining about how hard it was to kill an immortal lord.

That is just too much to even consider. However, taking advantage of the soul explosion, he was able to reduce the number of Immortal Lords by two.

"Guys, hurry up," Uncle Drew said to Avotha, Lene, and Vargus, still clashing with the demigods.

Although they were not being pressed, killing a demigod is not easy, so they were taking longer than they should have, given their outnumbered status.

Looking into the distance where a thunderous explosion could be seen, he knew Kent was having fun.

"Who knew he was already this monstrous?" he smiled, but then he added in a concerning tone, "However, that was only possible because of the sneak attack. What then would he do when he is finally surrounded?"

This question, however, was answered the next second when the air suddenly turned hot, and a deadly finger broke through the clouds.
