Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 1749: Killing A Primal God

Chapter 1749: Killing A Primal God

Xylarahi steadied herself before the last building could collapse on top of her. With a flick of both daggers, countless crimson slashes erupted outward, reducing the surrounding structures to dust.

Her expression turned grave. She had not expected a mere Immortal Monarch to wield such overwhelming strength.

"This strength..."

She stared at Kent, no longer looking at him as an Immortal Monarch but as a monster capable of threatening her life. She had reached the 105th layer during her God Ascension Trial, so being sent crashing through buildings was a blatant insult.

"No wonder you dared provoke the Primal Temple."

Kent rested Gaap on his shoulder and smirked.

"I didn’t provoke you," Kent muttered coldly.

His purple-red eyes gleamed with murderous intent. He was now certain that the Primal Temple was, or once had been, the Arcane Order. The realization only fueled his anger.

The Forsaken Race had always been his number one enemy during the primordial era. However, after learning that the ones responsible for their arrival and rise throughout the universe were the Arcane Order, he abandoned his pursuit of the Forsaken Race and turned his attention to hunting down the Arcane Order instead.

It was then that Adina’s incarnation stepped in, sealing the Forsaken Race on thousands of planets and casting them into the space-time continuum.

"You people have been on my kill list for a very, very long time."

BOOOM!

Without another word, Xylarahi disappeared.

The world around Kent suddenly fell silent. It was as if he were the only person left in existence. Then, the space around him warped, and thousands of killing intents, each fashioned into a tiny dagger, materialized and attacked.

Kent glanced around and snorted.

He waited for the daggers to close in. Then, with a single step, he vanished, leaving behind only a blurry afterimage and crackling bolts of lightning.

"ARCH!"

The next second, his sword pierced through Xylarahi’s shoulder.

She coughed up blood and instantly retreated, pushing her speed to its absolute limit. She had both seen and felt what had happened, and she knew Kent had been aiming for her heart had she not reacted in the last second.

However, what truly baffled her was how Kent had escaped her Dagger Intent.

She had used that skill thousands of times, and every opponent who faced it had fallen—not because they were weak, but because they instinctively tried to defend against the daggers.

Attempting to defend against the daggers was the true attack.

The daggers were formed from killing intent, and the only way to defend against them was with another killing intent.

The moment the daggers surrounded Kent, the entire space around him had been sealed, locking him inside. The only way to escape the encirclement was to possess killing intent that vastly surpassed her own.

Despite it all, Kent had walked out of it as though it didn’t exist.

That was even more shocking than the wound in her shoulder.

"H-How..."

Disbelief filled her face.

"How do you possess more killing intent than a god?"

Kent lowered his sword and replied calmly,

"Lady, I was slaughtering demons and dragons long before your ancestors were born."

Kent released only 5% of his killing intent.

At once, the protective bubble Pandora had created began to crack.

Inside the VIP room, Pandora narrowed her eyes in disbelief. Forming a hand seal, she immediately reinforced the barrier, sealing every fracture before it could spread.

"Interesting."

By all standards, she is a Primordial, so the Immortal World’s suppression did not affect her like it did the rest of her sisters. Even so, she was baffled to see her containment crack after Kent released just a fraction of his killing intent.

To everyone watching, a dark, cloaked figure holding a crimson scythe now stood behind Kent.

The sight filled everyone with fear deep within their bones.

"Now die."

Kent moved, and the overwhelming killing intent radiating from him moved with him. The moment he arrived before Xylarahi, she tried to evade, but Kent was already upon her. His tail pierced her other shoulder while his sword swept toward her left hand.

She raised her dagger to block, but it was as though nothing stood in the sword’s path. The dagger was severed in half, and the blade continued into her shoulder, carving a deep wound.

Kent’s tail lashed out, sending Xylarahi flying.

Before she could even land, Kent’s foot slammed into her spine.

BANG!

The kick sent her hurtling away once more, blood pouring from her mouth. Kent then raised his sword and slashed downward, causing bolts of crimson lightning to descend violently and strike Xylarahi squarely in the chest.

The impact buried her into the ground, a hissing sound escaping from her mouth and nose.

"Just because you climbed a few hundred layers, you think you’ve earned the right to brag while standing before me?" he sneered, calmly walking toward the broken woman who had clearly overestimated her own strength.

In her opinion, a place like the Immortal Realm could never pose a threat to her. After all, as a Universal God, even hundreds of Demigods would struggle to face her.

However, she had now realized the error of her thinking.

The one who claimed to be the strongest in the universe had today encountered someone even stronger.

In truth, the so-called layer hierarchy of the Primal Temple—the very achievement they constantly flaunted as proof of their superiority—were something Chaos had already conquered during his own ascension to godhood.

Once a cultivator reached the 100th layer, they became aware of hidden truths about cultivation and were bestowed a unique cultivation technique by the Dao.

It is mostly focused on the path they walked.

Chaos had witnessed the path beyond the Dao, the path that led to the Origin.

That single encounter had changed his life forever, transforming him into one of the greatest warriors to ever exist.

So, in his eyes, the path beyond the 100th layer was indeed extraordinary.

But those standing before him were insignificant.

The memories of his past lives had already begun shaping him into someone truly worthy to be fear. Had he not yet recovered the memories of the Nine Underworld Flame Blacksmith, perhaps he might have struggled a little.

Instead, he had relived his life in Hell and witnessed the thousands of battles he had fought within the Damnation Arena. He had experienced firsthand how completely Fjorge had immersed himself in killing intent and the martial arts.

Combined with the memories of the Primordial Chaos Dragon, Lord Genesis, the Ruthless Bandit, and several other incarnations, Kent had become someone who was nearly untouchable.

"Your arrogance was your downfall, lady. A true Universal God with refined battle arts would have pushed me much harder. But choosing to fight me using nothing but killing intent was your greatest mistake.

"Now I get to kill you and rid this universe of one less traitor."

Kent struck without the slightest hesitation.

Xylarahi’s head separated cleanly from her body.

Just like that, a Universal God had fallen.

Everyone present could only gasp in horror.

Kent had killed a Primal God in less than three minutes.

As shocking as that was, what terrified them even more was that he had done so knowing exactly where she came from.

Panic began to spread through the crowd. The Primal Temple will respond, and it would be devastating to watch...

Kent, however, simply stored away her corpse before returning to VIP Room 13 to answer the questions his wives had for him.
