Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 922: Bloodline Strengthened

Chapter 922: Bloodline Strengthened

⟦Congratulations, your bloodline has become stronger. Current Awakening: 18%⟧

⟦You can now harness 9% of your bloodline power⟧

A smile appeared on Kent’s face when this message appeared.

The first memory of the day was all about Chaos, his first incarnation, exploring the worlds outside his own with his new human friend, Elina.

After making sure everyone understood what he would do if anyone dared to touch his planet and people, none of the worlds in the planetary alliance wanted to come anywhere close to the Chaos world, Lumen.

Most of the memory showed how Chaos was slowly beginning to find the cultures of the worlds he was taken to by Elina fascinating. He was slowly coming to like humans, which was a huge win for him.

Kent shook his head slightly.

"I didn’t unlock any new bloodline aspect, but I am slowly inching closer to the 25% that will allow me to take on my full dragon form." A smile appeared on Kent’s face as he retrieved the second memory key and activated it.

His mind was yet again filled with so many memories that he had to take his time to sort them out. However, when he was done, Kent’s gaze turned cold, making him look away from the message that appeared before him.

"The Forsaken Race," he muttered.

The majority of the memories were still about Chaos exploring the human world with his only friend, Elina. Naturally, that was a happy memory, for without Chaos even knowing, Elina was slowly worming her way into his stone heart.

They had happy dates. Chaos had no idea what they meant. Naturally, Kent knew it wasn’t his fault. He knew Chaos grew up knowing only violence, so love was entirely new to him.

However, eventually, Elina was doing her best to make him aware of her feelings.

The last part of the memories was two years after Chaos left his world, Lumen. In the past two years, nothing had happened to it.

However, he received reports, or more accurately, Elina received reports, of a rogue race called the Forsaken Race. The report began by stating that this Forsaken Race was slowly making its way to the star system where Chaos and Elina’s worlds were located.

This prompted Chaos to leave and go back to his world, just in case his world was one of the many targets.

Naturally, this meant parting ways with Elina, who would also be needed to defend her world should things go badly.

"I have a bad feeling about this."

Kent first checked his progress, and aside from his bloodline becoming much stronger, there was no progress in the awakening part or in the amount he could harness in combat.

With that, Kent chose to check the third memory.

The moment he activated the key, his vision darkened.

[Memory Review - Chaos]

"I will be sure to send those Forsaken idiots packing and get back here so we can continue our travels," Chaos said to Elina, holding her hand.

They were seated on a roof made from the finest wood. Naturally, this was Elina’s world.

"I will wait for you, Chaos. And remember what I told you."

Chaos smiled. "I will be sure to let the people appoint new kings and queens to rule instead of leaving them in fear of my wrath every day."

Elina smiled, tiptoed, and gently kissed Chaos on the lips before running away with her cheeks red like a ripe tomato.

Chaos watched her leave with a blank expression. After she left, he chuckled and said, "Humans."

With that remark, he retrieved a small flying boat which could travel through the void. He made it float, and with that, he was gone.

It took a week, but he managed to get back to his world, which was surprisingly intact. The first thing he did was follow Elina’s advice and let the people select their leaders.

He became something akin to a planet protector, and in no time, life on Lumen started to blossom. The various beasts in the world began forming alliances and bonds that would remain strong for years to come.

Three months passed in the blink of an eye, but nothing happened.

"Are these Forsaken people afraid of this world or what? They should just come so I can slaughter them and go back to Elina, who promised to take me to a festival coming up in two and a half years’ time."

Chaos said this while hovering 2,000 miles outside planet Lumen. He had been staying there for the past three months, making sure that whatever danger found its way into his world would be dealt with before it even approached the planet.

However, even after nine more months, nothing happened.

This made Chaos wonder whether the report was genuine or not.

Naturally, he trusted Elina more than anything, so he knew she wouldn’t show him a fake report. Because of this trust, Chaos chose to remain outside the planet for another five months.

If nothing and nobody came, he would leave and head back to Elina’s world.

On this day, exactly three months into the five months he had set for himself, a large ship appeared thousands of miles away from his planet.

Naturally, Chaos became happy that those he had been waiting for all this time had finally arrived. He immediately started approaching them at a speed that could shatter mountains.

However, as he drew closer, he saw it wasn’t just one ship but dozens of them, causing him to slow down. Of course, he wasn’t about to cower in fear and run.

The reason he slowed down was that he recognised those ships. Naturally, his gaze was drawn to the poor state some of the ships were in when they came out of the void.

"Elina!" Chaos’s voice boomed, causing the thousands on the ship to freeze in place when they saw the demi-dragon speeding toward them like a meteor.

When he drew close, they all sighed in relief. However, Chaos wasn’t about to chit-chat with them.

"Where is Elina?" Chaos asked, but everyone’s face sank.

"Where is she?" This time, his voice shook everyone.

"She... she stayed behind," a middle-aged man said, his voice shaky and weak.

That was all Chaos needed to hear before he retrieved his boat and started flying through the void. It would take him a week to get to Elina’s world. However, Chaos wasn’t about to wait that long, so he pushed the flying boat to its limit.

Four days later, he emerged from the void 2,000 km away from Elina’s world. What he saw immediately made him shake his head in disbelief. With a mad dash, he appeared in a world where everything was in ruins before his eyes.

Millions had died, and the entire world was covered in smoke mixed with the pungent stench of blood and charred human remains.

"Elina!" Chaos called out as he flew toward her residence. Along the way, he realised Elina was in the army, so he changed direction and began flying toward the place where the strongest scent of blood was coming from.

It took him only a few seconds to arrive. However, when he saw the sight before him, he fell from the air and crashed to the ground.

"NOOOOOOOO..."

The entire tower shook as a primal aura—one filled with extreme hatred—enveloped everyone.
