Re-Awakening: I Became a Pay To Win Boss Monster

Chapter 662: The Fight

Chapter 662: The Fight

Sadly, Rael couldn’t see his Laws.

He was only able to see that one guy’s Laws, and he had no idea why.

Regardless, Rael was prepared to fight.

And as expected, Reili made the first move.

The white flames spewed out of his hand and covered Rael whole.

But before he could get consumed by the flames, Rael slashed his hand downward, cutting the flames in two by using the Law of Space.

Yet he wasn’t able to completely sever the flames as a single spark managed to land on him.

The moment it did, Rael’s whole upper body turned to dust.

For a moment, there was silence, but soon enough, his healing kicked in, restoring his body to what it used to be.

But by then, he realized he was completely surrounded in those white flames.

It seemed like he might’ve underestimated Reili a little.

Or maybe not.

After all, Rael was still not exactly going all out.

With thousands of Laws, that meant he also had trillions of variations he could use.

So for starters, Rael used one of his most common Laws.

The Law of Time.

Time froze, and so did the flames.

Or so Rael thought.

In reality, those flames were so hot that they managed to completely tear through his Time Domain and continue heading inward, approaching Rael ever so quickly.

However, he didn’t panic.

Instead, Rael simply extended his hand and used one of the Unique Laws he had seen but had no chance to use just yet.

The Law of Absorption.

Rael used it, and the moment he did, a single black hole appeared right above him, sucking in every single one of the white flames, and then dissipating.

It was instant, and even Reili was surprised.

But even so, Reili was far from finished as he suddenly snapped his fingers, causing a sharp headache to spread throughout Rael’s mind.

It seemed like he tried to simply explode Rael’s brain straight up, or even scramble it.

Sadly for him, it didn’t work as intended.

After all, Rael was also someone who could invade minds.

He had held back a lot for the last couple of days, not only with Lilith but also with his power.

So all he needed now was to let loose a little.

And the way he did so was simple.

It took Rael only a single glance at Reili’s eyes to invade his mind.

Since he overpowered him by so much, Reili was inside a cocoon, meaning he couldn’t fight back.

So Rael simply placed a hand over the cocoon, and in the next instant, he found himself inside Reili’s body.

What he did next was simple.

He channeled the Law of Hellfire and the Law of Chaos in harmony, and then he simply clutched his heart and unleashed both those Laws at full power.

Before he knew it, Rael was spewed out of Reili’s body, and as he glanced ahead, he saw Reili’s panicked look as he was set on fire by his own flames.

He tried restlessly to put them out, but nothing worked.

In the end, his body began to melt.

Yet just as Rael thought he had won, Reili suddenly regenerated.

All of his injuries were gone, and even the flames that covered him had vanished.

Rael was a little puzzled by what had just happened, but once he inspected Reili, he soon realized the reason why.

Reili, The Demon of Calamity [Grade 9 Tyrant Class | Level 0] - Vitality: Tier 47 [88% / 100% HP]

He had just ascended to a Grade 9.

His HP increased by a few Tiers too, but more importantly, this was considered like a rebirth, and by using it as such, Reili managed to break free from his flames.

Rael was slightly concerned by the fact, as now, he would need to fight a Grade 9.

But he assumed that the power difference wouldn’t be that much.

After all, he was at Tyrant Class, not Calamity Class.

So Rael simply repeated what he had just done.

However, instead of the cocoon, he now saw Reili.

And for some reason, his entire Mind Realm was covered in those white flames, which melted Rael the moment he got inside his head.

It was a neat defensive mechanism, and Rael could admit he had no idea how to counter it at the moment aside from just sucking Reili inside his own Mind Realm.

But what if Reili wanted that to happen?

What if he unleashed those white flames inside Rael’s Mind Realm and burned everything?

Sure, he had Anna and Gaia inside of there and they might be able to do something, but ever since a while ago, Gaia had fallen silent.

Anna chimed in every now and again, but ever since his primary shadow returned, she was just there.

He wasn’t sure what could be happening.

But even so, what Rael was sure of was the fact that he didn’t want that guy inside of his head.

So with a single glance, Rael quickly froze time in a small area, just enough for him to have a moment to think over all the possibilities.

And of course, he did so by hopping inside his Prophetic Realm and running a few simulations.

He was strangely surprised at how many of those simulations he died in.

But he also saw a cheeky way of dealing with this.

Rael focused Chaos into his Prophetic Realm, and soon enough, he found himself a few seconds in the past.

His mana was being drained rapidly.

This was one of the features he got after combining every single one of his Laws.

He could now attack inside his Prophetic Realm.

And if that was the case, what if he just attacked Reili before he ascended?

It seemed like a crazy thought, but frankly, Rael felt like he could do it.

And as he stood in front of Reili of the past, he simply took a few steps forward and then extended his hand, piercing straight through Reili’s heart before he could do a thing.

The Prophetic Realm immediately shook.
