Chapter 475: A Happy Peaceful Day. Part-1 (Rio x Lia)

Capital City Astra, outside a famous aquarium.

’The weather is really good today... it’s a good thing it not raining or anything...’

Sitting under the shade of a tree on a bench, Rio leaned his back against the bench, and a relaxed look appeared on his face as he enjoyed the warm breeze hitting his face.

His dark black hair swayed along with the gentle breeze, and he was wearing fashionable clothes today; Rio looked handsome.

The only flaw was that he was wearing a black mask, which was covering the lower portion of his face.

It’s not that Rio likes to cover his face or anything; it’s just that he has been forced to cover his face nowadays.

’Being popular also comes with great trouble...’

Rio had severely underestimated the power of ’hope’; the media used his face as a pillar of hope amidst all the depressing news, and this caused him to become famous all over the nation.

One kid was holding a toy sword in his tiny hand while running and chasing another kid who was wearing a demon-horn-like accessory on his head.

"I am the great ’Hero of Dawn.’ Take this! ’Sword Intent: Demon Slaying Sword!’..."

The kid wearing the demon horn accessory crossed his hands and placed them around his chest, speaking with a smile on his face.

"I will not be defeated by you ’Hero’!!.. ’Demon Barrier!’..."

The two of them were laughing and giggling as their mother walked behind them with a gentle smile on her face.

Seeing the two of them imitate Rio and Alverto and play around happily like that, Rio couldn’t help but feel a bit happy.

"They even know about my ’sword intent’... these brats must have been watching tv all day long..."

Rio shook his head, but he was indeed happy inside.

Lia also did the same, but today she went to her home and told Rio that she will come late.

Rio glanced at her, and her eyes met with Rio’s almost at the same time, causing his heart to skip a beat.

Lia came over after noticing Rio as the luxurious car left right after dropping her off at the place.

A bright smile appeared on her face as she spoke in a sweet voice.

"Sorry to keep you waiting, but I am glad that I took my time... it was worth it to take so much time to get ready just so I could see that shocked expression on your face..."

Lia giggled mischievously as if she had won against Rio in a teasing competition.

She was really happy that she put in all that effort to make Rio’s expression change.

"Yeah, you look so good that it’s hard to describe in words... I almost mistook you for an angel descending from heavens..."

"You really have gotten better. I used to tease you all the time; now you have grown to a point that you are teasing me instead..."

Hearing Rio’s words, Lia puffed out her chest proudly and said,

"Of course! I asked Mel for advice! With her help, even a troublesome foe like the ’Rising Dark Star’ can be defeated, you know!"

Rio couldn’t help but shake his head in defeat.

"Come on, you don’t have to use that cringe name too; the entire nation is already using it..."

Lia giggled at Rio response and grabbed his arm as she leaned her entire body against him.

She clung to Rio like a koala hugging a tree branch, making Rio feel the lethal damage from those big tactical weapons.

"We rarely get the chance to enjoy alone like this due to being busy all the time..."

"The final exams and graduation is also about to make us busy soon; only right now can we be so carefree and relax for a while..."

"And so, let’s start this long-awaited date with a happy smile on our faces!"

Lia was really excited today, and even Rio was infected by her happy mood; the two of them clung to each other as they entered the aquarium together.

Even though sad incidents occurred and friends lost their lives during these dark times, it’s not ideal for anyone to constantly be in a depressed mood.

Time has passed, and the world has started to recover once again.

Rio and Lia also managed to get back to their normal days again, and their long struggle finally blessed them with a peaceful, happy day.
