’But him not being able to disappear inside the wormhole is an advantage...’

The main reason why Rio was having such a tough time against Raika was mainly because Raika could easily recover from all the damage done to him and could go in and out of existence at will.

Despite having a massive arsenal of skills, none of them worked on Raika, as he was truly something bizarre.

After fighting Raika for so long, Rio had already come to the conclusion that it was pointless to try to kill and destroy Raika, as he was unaffected by all that.

’But how do I get Liam back from him without finding some way to inflict permanent harm on him?’

Rio had tried all of his abilities, and he was still unable to cause any permanent damage to Raika.

Without being able to do permanent damage, Rio can’t land a proper hit on either Raika or his floating holy lyre, which contains Liam’s soul!

Just when Rio was getting more and more confused on what to do, he suddenly sensed that the presence and aura of Liam’s soul suddenly disappeared from Raika’s Lyre!

He had no idea what Ellie had done and how she made Liam’s soul disappear from Raika’s grasp.

But one thing was confirmed now: Raika had lost the battle!

Rio was not the only person fighting Raika in this battle! From the very beginning, Ellie was also participating in it too!!

Rio remained true to his words; he kept distracting Raika, and he did it so well that Raika didn’t even bother attacking Ellie even once!

A look of anger and frustration appeared on Raika’s face for the first time!

It took him so long to react that Rio closed up on him!

After exiting the wormhole, he would be able to re-establish contact with the main body, and then he can teleport to Ellie’s side by disappearing and reappearing out of existence.

But Rio wasn’t going to let that happen!

Before, Raika was keeping him from helping Liam, but now it was Rio’s turn to keep Raika away to prevent him from harming Liam and Ellie!
