’Adonis?... I have never read anything about a kingdom existing in the past with that name...’

Lia had read through her fair share of history books in the academy to get on the list of top 10 students of the year.

But even after learning so much monster knowledge and history, she had no idea about this so-called Kingdom of Fairies.

It is a known fact that fairies do live in a separate space protected by Dragon Valley, and they do have their own royalty and all, but there has never been a mention of a kingdom exclusively belonging to the fairy race.

[Of course, you don’t know about it... perhaps not even the world alliance knows about it, let alone you...]

[After all, the Kingdom of Fairies, Adonis, existed in an age when even the concept of a unified world was still just a myth!]

Hearing those words, Lia’s eyes opened wide in shock and disbelief!

The World Alliance has existed for nearly two millennia now, and it was first created by ’King’ Allen and ’The Goddess of Life and Cure,’ Astra!

Thus, if someone refers to the age before the creation of the World Alliance, then it means that they are talking about a time 2000 years ago!!

In other words, this dungeon has somehow mimicked the history of the events that happened two entire millennia ago when even the World Alliance didn’t exist and the very first demi-gods had just started to appear in the world.

’So, you mean that the Kingdom of Fairies, Adonis was destroyed long ago and after that, fairies became homeless wanderers that were persecuted everywhere...’

[Well, I was not too interested in humans or this planet in general back then, so I don’t know much in detail either but I did hear that Astra was the one who helped in protecting the fairy race...]

[If not for her, the fairies would have long gone extinct during the thousand-year war; only after she was gone did the demons started killing fairies relentlessly...]

[Which later forced them to migrate into the protection of the dragon valley...]

’Well, I did learn in books that demons destroyed many kingdoms and many races, which finally forced the world to unite together against them and create the world alliance...’

’Maybe ’Adonis’ was also destroyed by demons before the World Alliance got formed...’

Just when Kai was about to tell Lia more about the history of ’Adonis,’ Miria crossed her hands around her chest and spoke in a proud tone.

"See! I told you! You are a royal fairy! Only ’Fairies’ can pass through this powerful barrier! Others get stuck in a nasty place filled with bad nightmares!"

"That barrier is very horrible!"

Lyria flicked her finger at her sister’s forehead and stopped her from talking as she said,

"Don’t talk about that barrier in such a way... it’s been protecting us for years!"

Lyria ignored Miria, who was pretending to clench her forehead as if it were hurting, and spoke to Lia.

"Don’t mind that Airhead’s words... she’s always been too immature, but the thing about the barrier only letting fairies enter is really true..."

"So, You don’t need to be guarded against us... we already know you are a royal fairy, and we respect you deeply..."

Hearing that, Lia couldn’t find words to give a proper reply.

’How did I bypass that Illusion barrier without getting stuck in the illusion when I am not a fairy?... that’s weird...’

[That’s odd... I, a divine spirit deeply connected with your soul would have easily sensed it if you had a fairy bloodline in you...]

[But the odd thing is... you really aren’t related to fairies at all; you are just a normal human being like any other. Then why would the illusion barrier let you pass?]

Even Kai could not find a proper reason for this matter and was confused.

"This place is safe... now we can relax and talk about everything here!"

Miria jumped up in happiness as she happily sat on a blade of grass, which was quite big for her size!

Fairies are mostly made of elementals and mana, so they don’t have much physical weight, and thus Miria could easily treat any random blade of grass as her bed!

Seeing Miria act lazy, Lyria shouted and spoke.

"We still have to find something for the Royal Fairy! How can she sit on the ground like us?"

Hearing Lyria’s words, Lia shook her head as she put the small golem and the fat cat down on the grass while sitting down herself.

The lush grass was like a soft cushion, and the scenery was amazing; a fresh wind blew every so often and refreshed the mood. Lia was happy to sit here and relax.

"No need to worry about me... also, you don’t need to call me a royal fairy all the time... just refer to me as ’Lia,’ and I will call you both Lyria and Miria from now on!"

"We can be friends with each other!"

Lia even stretched her little finger towards them to shake hands as a sign of friendship with the two little fellows.

Miria didn’t waste a second and shook Lia’s finger with her small hands happily, only Lyria hesitated,

"But Royal Fairies are so strong... can we weak fairies be friends with you?"

Lia nodded her head as she brought out a bunch of sweets from her space ring.

"Of course we can be friends! Here, take them... consider them as a gift from a friend..."

"No need to arrange any food for me... I have plenty with me..."

The sweet smell of the sweets that Lia had kept in her space ring to give to Riya drew the attention of the two small fairies, and they couldn’t resist the temptation of them at all!

Even Lyria, who was hesitating before, readily accepted Lia’s offer and became friends with her on the spot!

’Food really is the best way to bribe people hehe~’

Bribed with food, Lyria and Miria spilled all the beans in front of Lia without a single bit of hesitation!
