Hearing Kai’s reply, Rahn frowned as a look of anger appeared in his eyes.

"You are the one to talk; why is someone like you, who’s never interested in the affairs of the mortal world, suddenly helping these pests!"

"Don’t tell me that after finding a master, the mighty divine general has grown a benevolent and kind heart too?"

At Rahn’s words, Kai rolled his eyes as he replied,

"What if I say I did become kind? Will you believe me?"

Rahn immediately burst out laughing in anger after hearing Kai’s words.

"AHAHAHAH!!!! THE MOST RUTHLESS BEING ON THIS PLANET DARES TO SAY HE’S KIND!!!! AHAHAHAHA!!!!"

"You literally eat dragons for lunch and purify demons by beating them to death just for passing time! And you DARE to say that you have a kind heart!?"

"Bullsh*t!! I literally saw you gobble down a newborn dragon after killing his mother right in front of it just a year ago!"

Hearing the demon’s accusations, Lia narrowed her eyes and looked at Kai before saying,

’Do you have some personal grudge with dragons? Why do you target them so much?’

Lia had been to the dragon valley, and she knew that there weren’t any corrupted dragons there and most of them were lazy, peace-loving creatures that didn’t want to bother themselves with the outside world.

Kai even once said that he only hunted them down because of Tomar, but the truth seems to be completely different; Kai has been fond of killing dragons since thousands of years ago!

No wonder so many dragons and other people who knew him looked at him with suspicious eyes whenever they sensed his presence.

"Either you all leave on your own or face death by my sword! The choice is yours to make!"

Hearing Lia’s words, Rahn took his stance as she replied coldly,

"The choice is simple! The fairy race, this group of annoying pests, must die and go extinct!"

"Unless this goal is achieved, we demons will never let the fairies live a single day in peace!"

The moment Rahn spoke those words, more portals opened, and an even bigger demon army poured out of those portals as three more S-rankers appeared to support Rahn.

"You are really going all out... are you deploying an entire division of the demon army just to deal with one person now?"

At Kai’s words, Rahn sneered as he looked straight into Lia’s eyes and spoke,

"No cost is too high when fighting the chosen master of the strongest divine spirit general in the world!"

"Thankfully she’s not grown up yet... if I let her grow up, she will surely become a major problem for the entire demon race just like you are!"

"I must uproot this new sapling of yours before it can turn into an unshakeable tree!"

The spear of light didn’t stop there, though; after shattering the tsunami head-on, it rushed straight towards Rahn, who waved his sword slightly and shattered the spear into pieces!

Using his natural affinity with miasma and corruption, the demon mixed miasma in his water-type attack, and as he raised the sword towards the sky, raindrops in the shape of small spears started raining!

Those raindrops were so fast that they could travel at Mach 10, and each of them had miasma mixed in with that water, making them even more lethal!

’He’s purposely targeting the retreating fairies to put me in a disadvantage!’

Just when Lia was about to use her power to defend the fairies, Nine came, rushed at her, and punched at Lia, forcing Lia to defend with her sword!

With so much vitality absorbed in his body, Nine had become so strong by now that his punch was strong enough to blow Lia away into the ground even after blocking it properly!

Seeing that Lia was unable to stop the miasmic rain, Kai hurriedly waved his hand as he used his powers at a very small output!

With a single wave of his paw, Kai blew away the entire miasmic rain with just the force of the wind pressure alone!
