Just when Rio was thinking about the rising threat of the demon king and was a bit distracted, Raika took advantage of that moment and flicked his finger lightly.

"Power, fame, women, money, anything you may desire, I can create! Inside my realms, I am omnipotent and can grant you anything!"

"If you are not satisfied, then just channel your miasmic energy into me, and I will create anything that you may like in my realms and then teleport it to the material world outside for you!"

A proud look appeared on Raika’s face as he declared,

"The Lia you know outside has a tendency to defy you and has a tendency to make her own choices, but if you agree to work with me, I can create a version of her that will be completely obedient to you, Rio!"

Raika extended his hand towards Rio; a confident smile appeared on his face, as if he knew that Rio would accept his offer.

But he forgot one thing, Rio was ’selfish’ to the core.

"Omnipotence, ability to create anything, ability to go anywhere anytime and the ability to simulate new possibilities... this power is indeed very unique..."

"But you seem to forget one thing, Raika. I can do all this without you... All I have to do is purge your consciousness and seize this power of yours for myself..."

Rio raised his sword towards that cheap imitation of Lia and activated his skill.

As if a black hole had opened around Rio’s sword’s tip, darkness spread in all directions and completely erased everything in existence around it.
