Rio’s consciousness blurred, and he found himself back in the same dimly lit basement hall as he was before.

"Didn’t expect this to be so mentally demanding..."

A severe headache assaulted Rio the very moment he returned back to his senses and regained control over his own body.

His mental power was not like mana and miasma that he could just easily grow with random training methods.

Even if he were an anomaly and generally unaffected by mental and spiritual corruption, he would still feel fatigued if his mental power became weaker from continuous use.

’This is the first time I have ever run out of mind capacity and soul power...’

’When I head into the demon continent, I will have to harvest some souls with fairly intact consciousnesses to use them to strengthen my mind and soul by a vast margin...’

Rio had done the same thing in the spirit realm, but back then he didn’t have much time to waste, and he had carried out the entire mission in a hurry.

Now that he was about to ascend to the next realm, it was a good time to focus on his soul and mental fortitude before activating the ascension.

"Phew~... sigh..."

While rubbing his temples to ease the pain, Rio took deep breaths to calm his mind down.

’So, what the old dwarf SS ranker said wasn’t wrong after all; Raksha really has left this universe through a space crack...’

Through the ’Imagination’ aspect of the crown’s power, Rio got to see the final location and moment when Raksha was still in this universe.

He even managed to obtain the exact coordinates of the place where Raksha had disappeared.

Now Rio could directly teleport to that exact corner of the universe that he had seen in the ’Imagination’ and could collect those broken fragments of Raksha’s body.

The Crown’s power only worked in this universe and had no effects outside of the scope of this universe because it relied mainly on the ’laws’ of the ’universe’ and the spirit realm to activate its abilities.

Outside the universe, the ’Laws’ of this universe will lose their effect, and thus it was impossible for the crown to show where Raksha was outside of the universe.

This was also the main reason why the crown only managed to show Rio the final moments of the Raksha in this universe and couldn’t pinpoint its exact location directly.

’Perhaps using those fragments left behind by it, I can determine the location of Raksha in the future and find it...’

’I will have to wait until I reach rank SS before I can carry out this plan though. I have a feeling that going to the coordinates I have obtained right now with my current strength would not be a good idea...’

Rio believed in his own intuition deeply, and since the coordinates were giving him a powerful feeling of danger, Rio suppressed his curiosity and decided to put this matter on hold for now.

’Raksha is confirmed to be not in this universe, so now let’s search for ’Astra’!’

Rio waited for ten minutes and used mana and meditation to recover his mental power before activating the crown once again.

This time he was going to search for the second lost sword of King Allen that seemed to have gone missing along with him!

Rio’s consciousness blurred, but this time he didn’t feel much discomfort because now his mind had become more adapted to this feeling of travelling through space-time.

Once the blurry consciousness got restored, Rio almost jumped away from shock because of what he saw!

He was standing on the surface of a barren rogue planet that seemed to be floating through empty space aimlessly with no sun or other celestial objects nearby to orbit.

But that wasn’t what Rio was shocked at; looking above from the surface of the barren rogue planet, Rio could see endless darkness and waves of dark purplish energy covering almost the entirety of the sky.

Although Rio could feel that this endless darkness was likely several light-years away from this planet, Rio could still sense it clearly as if it were unavoidable!

’The Endless Sea of Miasma and Corruption!!’

Rio knew exactly what this endless darkness represented, as he could sense the familiar dense miasmic powers in that entire dark region.

That vast sea of darkness was without a doubt the ’Abominable’ Sea of Miasma!

’I see... So the ’Sword of Salvation, Astra,’ is located somewhere inside the ’Sea of Endless Miasma’...’

Rio didn’t even need to question why the crown of endless realms couldn’t pinpoint the exact location of ’Astra’; it was clear that its prying eyes were being blocked by the insanely powerful miasmic corruption.

Even Rio couldn’t properly see through the sea of miasma despite having powerful miasmic control abilities, let alone the crown.

And Rio knew that even if the crown really could pinpoint the location of ’Astra,’ the miasma that was being used to power the crown would retaliate and wouldn’t let Rio see the truth.

’Tch, as expected, despite having so much power, the sea of miasma is still just as petty as always. What’s the big deal in letting me see through you? Do you really have to use so much energy to conceal everything inside of you?’

Shaking his head in dismay, Rio de-activated the crown and stopped bothering about finding the location of ’The Sword of Salvation’ for the time being.

’Once I reach rank SS, I will rush over straight to your front door. Let’s see how you will be able to hide yourself from me then!’

Once back to the basement, Rio didn’t waste anytime and chose the next target.

Rio was almost done testing and experimenting with the powers of the crown by now, and there was only one more being he wanted to find out about right now.
