Chapter 303: You Can Have Her If You Want

Kelly found herself rushing towards one of the main backdoor entrances of the Circuit.

She was just about to prepare herself a cup of coffee after she was done with her shift when the manager suddenly called her and ordered her to come meet him urgently.

With how serious he sounded over the phone, Kelly felt terrified, wondering if she had done anything wrong, and she was going to get fired because of it.

So abandoning her coffee while it was still in the middle of getting warm in the machine, she rushed out, leaving her coworkers a little baffled, wondering what was happening with her.

Kelly finally manages to make her way towards the backdoor VIP entrance and finds the manager standing along with two other people next to a Nexara Stratosurge.

Working as a Guest Service Coordinator in the Eylendra Apex circuit, she knows her fair share about cars; in fact, she loves the sport, and that’s why she is working here.

It’s not every day she gets to see a Nexara Stratosurge in person, after all, these cars are very rare, and their owners rarely drive them. Even with all the things this beast of a car can do, their owners treat it as a showpiece rather than an actual car.

So seeing it in person made her a little excited.

She quickened her steps to approach her manager and learn why she is needed here. By now, she has already concluded that she is not getting fired because he wouldn’t fire her in front of strangers, especially VIPs, as that would give him a bad rep.

As she approaches the group, she notices the manager turn to look at her and beckon to her to come closer. So she does.

Standing next to the manager who was introducing her to his guests, she looks at the two young men whom the manager was busy kissing ass. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that these two young men are important, so Kelly, who always finds herself working with VIPs, easily clocks it.

So she waited patiently for her boss to introduce her to the two guests. She first looked at Danny, and when she heard that he was a Coronant, she was surprised.

After all, the Coronants are a pretty big deal, not just in this city but all over the world. They own multiple billion-dollar companies, and their entire family’s net worth is worth 200 billion dollars.

The Coronants are not just a big whale; they are one of the biggest ones. The power and influence they have is massive, so to see one of them in person is like coming across a unicorn.

Knowing that this average-looking young man is the sole Coronant heir, Kelly couldn’t help but have a few not-so-decent thoughts, but she quickly suppresses them as she doesn’t dare do anything that can jeopardize her job.

After the manager introduces Danny, he points to the other young man, Danny’s friend.

Kelly had already noticed him, but just from the side as he was looking somewhere else, but when she saw the young man turn and look at her with the most charming smile she had ever seen on a face, her heart skipped a beat.

Kelly’s cheeks flushed as she found Adam meeting her gaze with his charming, confident smile.

As her heart fluttered, she couldn’t help but have more indecent thoughts, but this time, she didn’t squash them like she did with Danny, because Adam is far more tempting.

But, of course, she couldn’t let her fantasies run wild; she is a professional, and she has a job to do.

Especially after her boss threatened to fire her if she screws this up.

She nods her head at the manager as he leaves in a hurry.

Bringing her attention back to the two guests, she looks at Danny before meeting Adam’s gaze again, staring into his eyes a little longer before she starts speaking.

"Welcome to Eylendra Apex circuit. My name is Kelly Cline, and I will be your guide for today. Please follow me as I show you around." Kelly says, taking a step forward.

"Nice to meet you, Kelly, name’s Adam," Adam says, introducing himself as he takes a step forward.

Kelly feels a sense of relief wash over her, seeing Adam politely introduce himself, because her experience with rich, handsome men has mostly been negative.

Since they know they are rich and handsome, they are arrogant as hell and like to boss her as they look down on them.

So, just this simple action from Adam has already put him on a higher pedestal than most rich kids that she has interacted with.

"Nice to meet you too," She says, shaking his hand. Feeling his firm grip gives her a strong sensation about Adam.

"And you already know my friend, Danny," Adam says, pointing at Danny, who smiles and waves his hand at Kelly.

She nods her head, acting a little more reserved with Danny because, unlike Adam, Danny doesn’t have the charm to make her feel at ease. After all, Danny is a very powerful guy. It would take a lot of effort from Danny to make Kelly feel at ease around him.

"Please, this way. Let’s start with the main hall. I am sure there are plenty of things you would love," Kelly says as she takes the lead and starts showing Adam and Danny around the place.

Since the establishment itself is massive, it will take some time for them to cover everything, but Adam doesn’t mind it, nor does Danny.

As they walk behind Kelly while she is busy explaining all the interesting stuff around them, Adam notices that Danny’s eyes are more interested in what’s before him rather than what’s around them.

"If you keep staring like that, you will burn a hole through her skirt," Adam whispers as he leans in closer to Danny, making sure he’s the only one who hears him.

Danny is caught by surprise by Adam’s words, but he doesn’t bother hiding it. "I can’t help it. She’s hot, and that ass of hers. It’s hypnotizing me by constantly swaying left and right," Danny whispers back to Adam.

Adam chuckles.

"You know, you can have her if you want to, right?" Adam whispers back.

"And how do I do that?" Danny asks.

"Once this little guide is over, ask her if she wants to spend some time with you. Don’t forget who you are. People will do anything to get on your good side," Adam says.

"And what if she says no?" Danny asks.

"Then you move on. It’s not worth it because there is always a bigger and better fish out there who would be interested in you," Adam says.

"I don’t know... I don’t think she will agree to it..." Danny says.

"And why do you say that?" Adam asks.

"Because she has a ring on her finger... She is either married or has a fiancé..." Danny says.

Adam gives Danny a look, impressed that Danny’s observant of the people he interacts with. He is also impressed by Danny’s morality. Compared to Adam, Danny’s a sort of good guy who managed to grow up and develop some decent moral standards even without someone guiding him.

But Adam’s not here to help Danny continue to grow as a human being; no, he wants control, and what better way to see how much influence he can have over Danny than by making him do something outside his moral boundaries.

And Adam doesn’t think it would be hard because Danny’s moral foundations are weak. He never had any strong role models to look up to, with his parents being away all the time. And even if they were more involved in Danny’s life, Adam doesn’t think it would have mattered much, given what Adam knows about Danny’s mother.

And since his mother’s a cheater, Adam won’t be surprised if his father also has a few mistresses on the side as well.

Adam’s just helping Danny become more like his parents. Also, Danny can’t be a morally good guy when he is the only heir to the Coronant empire, because morally good people will always get taken advantage of, especially at the level of wealth that Danny’s involved with.

So by helping Danny become a fitting billionaire, Adam plans to become a solid friend that Danny can always rely on.

"Why should that stop you?" Adam asks.

"Why? Isn’t it wrong to hit on married women or women who are in a relationship?" Danny asks.

"Well, you are right, but then again, you can always try. If you find a woman attractive, you approach her, because if you don’t, how would you know if you could have had a lot of fun with her? She could be in a bad relationship, or if waiting for someone to show her that the person she is with right now is not the guy she wants to be with.

"But..." Danny tries to say something, but Adam cuts him off. "Look, at the end of the day, it’s all up to you. You find Kelly attractive enough that you can’t stop staring. If you want, you can have her. If you don’t, then don’t. It’s your choice," Adam says.

Hearing Adam’s words, Danny goes back to staring at Kelly’s ass, sexualizing her in his mind. Seeing this, Adam smirks.

If Danny’s morals were strong, he would have immediately rejected Adam’s advice, but just a few words from Adam, and he has Danny rethinking everything.

This just showed Adam that Danny can be manipulated into getting what he wants from him. Of course, Adam would have to exercise a lot of caution because anything can go wrong. After all, Danny’s like TNT; if he is not handled with care, he is the one who is going to get caught up in the explosion.
