Reincarnated With A Glitched System: Why Is My MP Not Running Out?

Chapter 2123: Reaching To The Skies

Chapter 2123: Reaching To The Skies

-----

Suddenly, in response to Sylphy’s Divine Voice, a colossal ghost materialized behind her. Her eyes widened as she recognized the ominous figure.

"He has certainly outlived his expiration date... Oh well, I leave him to you. That battle was quite entertaining. It taught me plenty. Still, I do not particularly care about anything. Whether you die, or anyone else here perishes, it makes no difference to me."

"You bastard! What about Lolth? Aren’t the two of you allies?!" Sylphy demanded.

"Hah! I have already copied her Divinity and learned how it functions. Soon enough, every dungeon across this world will become exactly like what you witnessed today! Hahahaha!"

"You damn—"

Sylphy summoned a giant golden spear from her chest, her Soul Weapon elevated to the Divine Level. She had bestowed upon it the sacred name Longinus and reinforced it with Orichalcum along with a multitude of other precious materials.

"Longinus, destroy his soul!"

A brilliant flash erupted.

Longinus hurtled toward the Evil God’s projection, yet it passed straight through the spectral form and shattered harmlessly beyond it. The god remained completely unharmed.

"Hahaha! HAHAHAHA! How adorable. Now, goodbye."

Without another word, the Evil God vanished, leaving everyone who had overheard the conversation frozen in shock.

Even Lolth, who had heard every word, felt her eyes widen in horror. Her entire body trembled as the devastating realization sank in; she had been used and then coldly discarded.

"My Lord... why...?"

Deep within her dungeon, Lolth tormented herself with bitter regret while the skies above grew ever more chaotic and menacing. Sylphy, her companions, the young generation of heroes, and Nepheline charged forward together.

"Here they come! Destroy them all!" Zack roared, striking his drums with thunderous force. Violent winds and crackling lightning surged outward, obliterating the massive meteors hurtling toward them. "Don’t let a single one fall!"

"We don’t know how long Sylphy’s barrier will hold! We must destroy as many as we can!" Luck shouted, sprinting on all fours across the warped, cosmic skies. His razor-sharp claws and powerful fangs tore through the falling meteors, ripping them apart piece by piece.

"Zack! I’m so glad you’re back!" Mist cried, flying beside him while unleashing dozens of arrows in rapid succession. "I hate that it had to be like this, but I missed you so much!" She darted toward him and wrapped her arms tightly around his back in a brief, desperate embrace.

"I missed you too!" Zack replied with a warm smile, stealing a quick kiss from her lips. "We can catch up properly later...!"

"I know!" Mist nodded, already charging her next volley of arrows. "Look at me now. I’m strong!"

"I can see that!" Zack answered, his smile filled with pride. "You make me so proud, Mist!"

A similar heartfelt reunion unfolded between Luck and Lara.

As Luck raced across the fractured skies, Lara approached the young beastkin boy, her face bright with joy despite the surrounding madness.

"LUUUUUUCK!"

"Lara?!"

She leaped onto him and hugged his fluffy back tightly in his powerful beast form.

"Wooow! You’ve gotten so big! Heheheh! I missed you so much!"

"I missed you too, Lara! But can we save the hugs for after the battle?"

"Okay! But I’m not leaving your side!"

Lara smiled brightly and settled onto his back as her endless legion of spirits trailed behind them.

"Heh, fine. Thank you. I’ll gladly accept your support!"

Lara nodded with radiant enthusiasm. Everyone possessed their own talents, after all.

Yet hers was undoubtedly the most extraordinary, something even Sylphy had to acknowledge.

She raised her staff high toward the turbulent heavens.

"Spirits of the World, hear my call! We need your help. I need it! Please, aid us! I implore you!"

Lara, who had never begged anyone for anything in her life, stunned the Spirits of the World as her desperate plea echoed across the realm.

"A very great and terrible god seeks to kill us all! You are all we can rely on now! Spirits of the World... please!"

Her voice rang out once more.

At first, aside from the spirits already present in the mountain, nothing answered.

"...Spirits?" she whispered, dread creeping into her heart. "The World itself is in danger. If this rampaging god—"

"Lara!" Luck interrupted firmly. "Don’t beg them."

"Eh?"

"The Spirits are not moved by begging," he explained, drawing from his own hard-earned experiences with them. "They respond to commands and authority. You hold power over them. Do not plead. Command them!"

Lara’s eyes widened, glowing with vibrant rainbow spiritual light.

"Right..."

She closed her eyes and sank into deep meditation amid the roaring chaos.

Her aura surged outward, spreading into hundreds of thousands of luminous roots that pierced the fractured ground.

At that moment, the world itself pulsed in response.

BA-DUM!

BA-DUM!

BA-DUM!

"I can see it..."

A breathtaking vision unfolded before her.

"Something so beautiful, deep down..."

An endless ocean of swirling colors.

"The planet’s soul..."

This world, this planet, was truly alive.

And Lara was...

The hidden truth of the Saintess of Spirits finally revealed itself.

She found herself immersed within that radiant sea, gazing upon the infinite tapestry of colors, souls, spirits, and the very essence of magic. She witnessed the origin of countless realms interwoven together, flowing across planes of reality.

This planet was truly special.

Everyone stared in awe as Lara closed her eyes and meditated atop Luck’s back. Their expressions shifted between surprise and disbelief.

"Lara! What is she doing?" Celeste asked urgently.

"I believe she is communicating with the world itself," Sylphy replied.

"What?!" Celeste gasped.

"Shit, another one’s coming!" Celeste shouted, glaring upward. "Take this!"

BOOOM!

Her massive spear pierced the colossal meteor, shattering it into thousands of harmless fragments.

"Everyone, we need to hurry the hell up! That bastard is dropping everything he has now!"

As she spoke, thousands of ominous spheres began their descent. Explosions erupted relentlessly from every direction, forcing the young heroes backward under the overwhelming pressure.

"D-Damn it!" Aquarina roared, fighting alongside Sylphy with her mother close behind. "Sylphy! I’m so relieved you’re okay! Uuugh, there’s so much happening. I can hardly find time to even speak with you!"

"I’m glad you’re safe too!" Sylphy answered with a determined nod. "Let’s finish this first. We can talk all we want afterward!"

"Y-Yeah!" Aquarina replied. "I’ve recovered my strength. Time to go all out! Together, right?"

"Of course!" Sylphy affirmed.

Aquarina transformed swiftly, merging all her forms into one and fusing with her familiars to achieve a colossal new state.

"Watch what I can do now!"

RUMBLE!

She became a gigantic serpentine sea dragon, a true Leviathan.

Obsidian-black scales covered her enormous body, accented by sharp crimson crystal spines. Massive black horns crowned her form, and a piercing red eye gleamed across each segment of her vast length. Countless powerful legs, reinforced with hardened scales and obsidian exoskeletons, resembled a nightmarish fusion of centipede limbs and draconic might.

She towered over one hundred meters tall, leaving everyone utterly speechless.

Sylphy stood frozen in awe, while the rest of her friends stared in stunned silence.
