Strongest Hammer God

Chapter 1111: Truly Legendary

Chapter 1111: Truly Legendary

Kyle felt the Energy thundering through his two Avatars.

When he had finished creating all the Laws, he had decided that he didn't need to wait any longer. His power wouldn't be able to grow anymore in the remaining time, and he didn't want to let the world remain in this state of limbo.

Red and Black had swung their hammers simultaneously, activating their Refined Laws.

As soon as the two hammers had hit each other, Kyle felt some kind of barrier breaking. Afterward, the storm of Energy had appeared.

Overcoming the barrier hadn't been hard, but after breaking it, Kyle could tell that almost nobody else could break it since it needed something that was basically impossible.

Breaking the barrier required 120% of the Energy a Unique Ascendant should have access to.

The number seemed random, but it made sense if one thought about the efficiency of Energy related to the number of Avatars.

One times a hundred percent was a hundred percent.

Two times ninety percent was 180 percent.

Three times eighty percent was 240 percent.

Four times seventy percent was 280 percent.

Five times sixty percent was 300 percent, and that was also the highest level of total Energy one could reach with Avatars. Creating more than five Avatars would lead to the total dropping again. Well, six times fifty percent was also 300 percent, but it was just a worse version of having five Avatars.

With five Avatars, as long as two Avatars worked together, one could unleash 120% of the Energy one would have without creating any Avatars.

Yet, normal Ascendants could never reach this number. After all, every Perfected Imposing Law that currently existed was related to one's own existence. Two people could work together, but they couldn't truly combine their powers. Two individual people could punch and kick a brick wall as many times as they wanted, but in the end, they couldn't compare to one person swinging a huge hammer.

Becoming a Legendary Ascendant didn't require one to know the Major Law of Death. It also didn't necessitate the creation of a Refined Law.

As long as one could use 120% of one's assigned Energy, one could become a Legendary Ascendant.

This confirmed what Kyle had assumed.

'The owner of this Cosmos wants people to create Weapon Avatars,' Kyle thought as he felt the Energy coursing through him. 'The requirements to become a Legendary Ascendant are so simple, and yet, reaching them is almost impossible.'

'If you have an Imposing Law related to a weapon, you will hit the bottleneck of 90%, which you can only break when you've created your Weapon Avatar. Then, you have to finish the last ten percent within your remaining longevity.'

'If you're very talented with Imposing Laws, you could even reach something like 95% or 99% before condensing your Avatars as long as you use your body. The chances of becoming a Unique Ascendant in this way are much higher.'

'Almost nobody can become a Legendary Ascendant. Only the most daring, reckless, talented, and hardworking Seekers can do it. Alternatively, Seekers who managed to circumvent the rules could also succeed. For example, Sebastian could probably fulfill the requirement by using his Elemental. Sadly, you need to be a Unique Ascendant to become a Legendary Ascendant first.'

As Kyle went through his advancement, the Overseer appeared beside him, looking at him with an intense expression.

The time had finally come!

She knew that there was no reason for Fierce Breaker to become a Unique Ascendant, but she also didn't stop him. Also, even if she wanted to stop him, she couldn't. An advancement couldn't be stopped after it had started. She would need to kill him.

Kyle felt his Energy growing much denser. While the other Realms focused on specific Aspects, the Fusion Realm focused on one's entire existence. The Fusion Realm acted as the preparatory Realm for Immortality. It just strengthened everything.

The radius of Kyle's Divine Consciousness doubled, extending it to ten billion kilometers.

His thinking speed increased even more.

His body grew even more solid.

The Energy inside of his existence doubled.

The amount of Energy Kyle drew from the world was even greater than what he had attracted when he had advanced two Levels in succession, from Advanced Ascendant to Unique Ascendant.

The Overseer also noticed that Kyle was attracting a frankly scary amount of Energy, but she assumed that it was normal. She had never seen anyone becoming a Unique Ascendant. This was probably normal.

Moments later, the storm of Energy calmed down, but then there was one last blast of Energy that entered both of his Avatars and his hammers.

When Kyle felt that burst, his eyes opened in surprise.

'What the fuck?! Is that my reward?!'

'This...'

'This is crazy!'

Kyle technically consisted of two existences, each having two Avatars. Two bodies and two hammers. Using a normal Ascendant as a base, Kyle had four times 90 percent Energy. Two times two times 90 percent.

A normal Ascendant would need four Avatars to create Kyle's configuration. A Body Avatar, a Weapon Avatar, a Body Avatar, a Weapon Avatar. Four Avatars. This would put their Energy at four times 70 percent.

The last burst of Energy had done something to Kyle's Energy configuration. Instead of having four times 90 percent...

'Four times 100%?' Kyle thought in shock. 'It combined my Weapon and Body Avatars, counting each pair as one Avatar! If I were a regular Ascendant with four Avatars, I would now have four times 90% instead of four times 70%!'

Calculations shot through Kyle's mind.

'This doesn't increase my power at this very moment, but I can still make Avatars! If I create two more pairs, I can have four Body Avatars and four Weapon Avatars, each having 90% Energy!'

'This would almost double my power!'

"Are you done?" the Overseer asked coldly, trying to suppress her excitement.

Red and Black glanced at the Overseer.

'Sadly, I won't have the opportunity. Every time I create a new Avatar, my Energy needs a while to recover. If I create more Avatars now, I won't be able to resist her. Bummer.'

Kyle didn't immediately answer. Instead, he eyed the Overseer and evaluated her power.

'Her Energy is insanely dense. Even if I combine all of the Energy of my Avatars, I won't even reach 40% of her Energy. Each Avatar Pair only has about 20% of her Energy.'

'She has advanced as an Advanced Ascendant since she couldn't even make Avatars as a beast. I'm a Legendary Ascendant. That's three Levels higher than Advanced Ascendant. I have twice the amount of Energy I should have access to.'

'And yet, I would need ten Avatars at 100% to rival her Energy.'

'The gulf truly is vast.'

'Additionally, she has all of the Elemental Laws from Level One to Level Seven. She also knows the Primordial Force Laws. All of her Laws are combined into two brutally powerful Complex Laws. She has a Level Eight Infused Law and a Level 9.5 External Law.'

'While she's still at the first Level of the Universe Realm, her Battle-Strength probably puts her in the top 10% of her peers.'

'This is not just a normal Immortal, but a strong one.'

Yet, as Kyle evaluated the Overseer's power, he also noticed something else.

'It's not easy. It's not certain. It's risky.'

'But I believe I have a shot!'
