Noelle also wanted to see the soldiers, but she was satisfied because Flora’s request also covered what she wanted to see.

Hence, Alavenya was the one who requested the next scene. "Nathan, does this world have a common enemy?"

"No. They don’t. There are no magical beasts, no aliens, no dungeons, no portals, no constellations, or whatever you can think of." Nathan shook his head.

Mae just rolled her eyes, thinking, ’Isn’t that what you think of, Master? What’s next? Zombie apocalypse?’

"Oh." Alavenya looked down, not knowing what to request next.

This time, Vivian asked, "We know about the general education system, but what kind of specialists do they have in this world? Now that I think about it, you are good at research. Are you specialized in it?"

"Nope. My imagination is just that wild. You’re the one creating my imagination into reality, Vivian." Nathan shook his head. "However, it’s true that the knowledge is pretty advanced."

Nathan imagined a laboratory. "In this world, you basically try to research everything. The easiest one to show is medicine."

He first showed them a microscope. "Take a look at this."

They looked confused, so Vivian was the first one to see what was going on. She suddenly took a step back in shock. "W-What was that? Something was moving."

All of them tried to look at what was going on and got their own reactions.

Nathan chuckled. "I don’t know the details. But we know about things that are much smaller than what humans can see. We know them as bacteria and viruses. They are the cause of fever and most sickness you can think of."

"What?"

Bella thought for a moment and asked, "How about that communication tool you’re talking about?"

"Well, the one that almost everyone in the world possesses is this." Nathan imagined a smartphone. "This is all the tools you need. You can call someone on the other side of the world. You can take a picture."

Nathan raised the smartphone to take a selfie before showing it to them.

"There’s no need to paint?"

"It also looks so good!"

"You can search for the most random thing you want to know or even see dumb people showing why they’re dumb." Nathan chuckled. "That’s why people end up being too focused on that device rather than going out to meet people directly. They end up being so distracted that they don’t care about their surroundings. People start to lose connection more than ever, despite being able to connect with so many more people."

"A double-edged sword..." Bella took the smartphone with a sad smile.

"Indeed. No one knows whether this is a curse or a blessing." Nathan let out a hollow laugh.

"Can we go to that airplane you’re talking about?" Luna asked. She couldn’t contain her curiosity as a blacksmith.

"Sure." Nathan nodded. The scenery changed again, turning into an airport. "Follow me."

They boarded the airplane and took their own seats. The airplane then started moving forward before it accelerated.

They looked surprised at first, but they soon saw they were flying from the window.

"We’re... flying?" Sera gasped. "So cool..."

"To think that our country has this kind of technology." Flora gasped.

"Flora, we’re in another world." Noelle reminded her. She was so shocked that she became delusional.

"That’s right..." Flora sighed in disappointment.

"How do you even fly something like this?" Luna still couldn’t understand the principle.

"I don’t know the details. It’s something about air pressure. If the pressure above is lower than the pressure below, you lift up this airplane."

Luna was a bit speechless. As a blacksmith, she definitely wanted to make something like this.

"At this rate, shouldn’t we just beat the black cell and find this world of yours? We should arrange a vacation here."

Nathan chuckled. "We could if you want. We have to defeat the black cell first, though."

"I will do 200% of my capacity if I can really learn something like this."

Iris asked, "But Master, what about the weapons you showed me? Can I see them?"

"Those..." Nathan scratched the back of his head. "Well, those are fictions."

"Fiction..." Iris looked at Nathan in terror, as she had just received the shock of her life.

"Well, the knowledge about them is partially there, but everything else, including the materials, isn’t at that level yet." Nathan shook his head. "If you want me to show them, I can."

Iris froze for a few seconds, wondering whether she should proceed or not. In the end, those guns just looked so cool that she couldn’t resist herself. "I want to see it!"

Nathan changed the scenery. This time, they were floating in outer space. In front of them was a massive spaceship. "It’s something like this. Just in case, those are just machines. They’re operated by normal humans. No magic or whatever you can think of."

"A human can build an ark that can let them live in outer space?" Flora gasped. "As expected of my race."

"You’re not exactly wrong, but..." Noelle looked at her and just sighed, too tired to explain it to her.

"According to a certain person, civilization is divided by how much energy they can harness. If you can harness all the energy that reaches its planet, congratulations, you are a Type I civilization. Even this world hasn’t reached that level yet."

"What? It’s not?" Flora was taken aback. "Then what about our planet? Are we super primitive people or something?"

Nathan paused for a moment before deciding to ignore that question.

"Oi!"

Nathan continued, "Once we’re able to harness the energy from an entire star, we’re able to reach Type II civilization. Then, you move out to other stars and even harness the power of black holes, you reach the next level.

"I don’t think the power of the black cell reaches this level yet."

"Does that mean we have a chance against them?! That’s the best news I’ve heard so far." Sera nodded, satisfied.

"Once you can harness everything in the entire universe, you can reach the next civilization. After that, the multiverse. Then, it becomes too ridiculous that you can manipulate everything at will." Nathan shrugged.

They looked stunned, wondering if there was anything like that. Even a black cell didn’t sound threatening anymore.

Still, as expected from Selena and Evelyn. Despite everyone being so interested in Nathan’s knowledge, they held back their questions.

Instead, they asked a very fundamental question. Why did Nathan show all of this?

"Nathan, I don’t care about all this. I just want to know... about your life in this world." Evelyn asked.

"Can you show me Nathan Reckmoon?" Selena looked at him.

Nathan paused for a moment before smiling.
