Chapter 1865: Regrouping

Nathan came out of the battleship, reaching Flora, who had found Selena and the others.

He looked at them while scratching the back of his head. "Where were you guys?"

Sera pointed to Selena. "We found something, so we took a look. A habitable planet, a bit far from here."

"We have only observed them from afar, but it looks like they’ve noticed us," explained Selena.

"If you are talking about the Round Star Galactica Empire, then I know it already." Nathan sighed.

"Eh? You know?"

"I was attacked by them." Nathan sighed. "Fortunately, it looks like you guys are fine. I thought something happened to you guys."

They looked at each other, feeling bad about it. If something happened to them without them being able to make a fuss, it was only natural for Nathan to be extra careful.

"I think I know what to do." Nathan paused for a moment before forming many contracts. "For now, each of you will take three contracts. They will be directed to me. I’m still thinking about the concept of group chat, so there is no need for an independent contract like this.

"The second contract is for the pen to write to me. As for the third contract, it will be your log. You can write down your activities, findings, or other things here."

This was the only way for Nathan to know what was going on.

"That’s rather convenient." Selena raised her eyebrows. "A group chat?"

"Yeah. I’m planning to create something like this..." Nathan drew in the space before him.

"I want a contract that contains all of them." Nathan explained his plan. It would be similar to that of an alliance or a guild in the game.

It would improve their convenience, and if he could make it before they split the group, it would be extra helpful.

"That’s a rather convenient system. The chat and the log are based on the current contract, right?" Evelyn asked.

"Yes. I’m still researching its variation, so it will match what we need." Nathan confirmed.

"But this warehouse... Don’t you need a space element for it? The distance is not normal anymore, so the space element won’t cut it." Evelyn frowned. She couldn’t imagine how they could build a shared warehouse.

"I understand that. This one will be implemented at the latest. It may be possible after I upgrade my contract one more time, but for now, the first two are the most important."

"Then, the group tracking originated from the compass?"

"Indeed. And I’ve managed to make contact with this so-called empire. They should have been observing outer space for quite a long time, so we might get a map of this universe."

"Oh! So, what are we going to do now?" Selena asked.

"I’ve told them that I’m going to bring friends, but they don’t know the number. We will split into two groups. My group will enter that place legally and get all kinds of information. Your group will infiltrate them. Use the illusions to become one of them. There are cameras everywhere, so if you act weird, they might find out."

"So, who will be in the second group?" Selena asked.

"Of course, it will be Bella. Her power will be necessary to form the second group. We don’t know what kind of threat they are, so we can’t be careless."

Bella looked down, contemplating. "In that case, Evelyn is a must. Having the ability to teleport will be good."

"Got it. Anyone else?"

"Luna?"

Nathan was the first to reject. "No, Luna will go with me. I’ve reached an agreement. On the surface, they’re letting us view the empire, so Luna might want to come with me to examine them formally. The access should be better with me."

"I see. In that case, I want Vivian, who can do a bit of research, especially on their anatomy. I’ll need Charlotte’s expertise."

"Got it." Vivian agreed.

"Someone will need to be the muscle. Flora and Noelle can do it. Both of them." Bella raised two fingers.

Nathan accepted without hesitation. "Got it. In that case, Selena, Sera, Flora, and Luna will go with me."

Considering Luna’s expertise, she would definitely like to dismantle a lot of things. Flora was royalty, so she would help a lot in terms of how they acted.

Selena was the representative of the girl, while Sera’s innocence would be good to strike them at the time they didn’t expect.

"Sure. Make sure to contact me later and be careful. Their observation is extremely good."

"We got it."

Nathan turned to Flora. "By the way, what’s your progress? Have you absorbed it?"

"Yes, I’m done. Absorbing it doesn’t really take long, but I still need to refine that power. I have only stored it inside my body for now." Flora rubbed her belly.

"I understand. It’s helpful to you, right? I’m going to check your condition along the way."

"Of course. It shouldn’t affect me, but it’s better safe than sorry." Flora agreed. "I will gradually absorb that power, so in the meantime, I won’t be able to use my full power."

"Got it."

Since they had finished discussing the pressing matter, Nathan knew he had to go back quickly to avoid suspicion from those people.

Nathan then snapped his fingers. "We’ll be off then."

He teleported his team back toward the airship. As expected, the two spaceships had regrouped.

Nathan didn’t lower his guard since they might join hands to attack him.

Fortunately, there was no longer resistance.

Nathan brought his group directly to the cockpit and saw Zeta already taking control.

"Welcome back, human god. May I know if these four are your companions?"

"Yes." Nathan nodded calmly. "They have surpassed their mortal limits as well."

General Kgakga was sweating profusely. He had fought against Nathan and learned how powerless he was.

Yet, there were actually four more people like him. If they ended up fighting, they didn’t know whether they would win or not.

"In that case, let us head back to the empire."
