The Alpha's Unwanted Bride

Chapter 778: EVIL MAJESTY

Chapter 778: EVIL MAJESTY

After a couple of more hours at the caves, Aiden finally let us out.

I was relieved to be far from this place.

It gave me goosebumps and made me extremely uncomfortable.

I couldn’t explain it.

It was just strange.

I rubbed my arms and looked around.

The edge of the pack.

I had no idea what Aiden and the lot were digging.

There had been a couple of rumors but nothing spectacular.

But whatever it was, it was important enough for the Alpha to send his two sons with his heir spear leading the battle front to this pack of all places.

The small pouch of blue soil had been pocketed by a belt on my waist.

I had tied it over and over to prevent it from spilling out.

Aiden had insisted it shouldn’t be mistakenly spilled and almost terrified me of some unforeseen consequences.

I looked around the mines.

There was no evidence of life.

Absolutely nothing.

No birds, no animals, no plant I couldn’t even hear an insect.

It was like all living things avoided this place.

Making the entire space seem dead and deserted.

I wanted to get far away from this space.

I started to feel my head throb.

It felt like the usual headache I had begun to have except it wasn’t as painful as usual.

Just uncomfortable and consistent.

The horses were brought around and I hurriedly went to mine.

A wolf offered me his hand to assist in me climbing up.

I was about to reject when I saw Aiden’s wrinkled face.

He looked angry.

I turned to the wolf and gave a very bright smile.

My most dazzling and attractive smile.

“Why thank you for being such a gentleman.” I said and then I rose my hands up before he took me by the waits and hoisted me up.

Once I was settled on my horse, I turned and saw Aiden brewing in anger by his spot.

I turned back to the wolf and smiled.

“Thank you.” I winked at him.

He smiled at me.

He was a cute wolf.

Probably around the age of twenty six.

Maybe an Omega.

I could tell that he was quite smitten by me.

Well weren’t all the men?

He remained standing star struck while I held the reins of my horse.

I saw that Aiden looked like he wanted to kill the young Omega and I.

I flung my hair over my shoulders and looked around still grinning.

I watched him maintain his stony and cold expression as he got on his own horse.

We began to move off together when from nowhere a man wandered in and scared the horses.

He was a small wry man with an almost bald hair.

His clothes were tattered and he was dirty all over.

He was so unkept that I could hardly see his actual face with the patches of hair falling over his face.

“Old Bart!” One of the wolves snapped. “We told you to stop coming around here.”

“Get out of here!” He wailed as he fell on the floor.. “All of you. Before you unleash evil on us.”

I felt the hair at back of my neck rise in anxiety.

Who was this man?

Despite the threats from the wolves around he kept on screaming obscenities.

Speaking on how they were about the open the downfall of all wolves.

How we were all going to met a fate worse than death.

The wolf guards began to get off their horses and go after him.

He started scampering around once he saw they were after him.

He hovered around from corner to corner while I watched on in amusement.

And then he finally came a few meters away from me.

My horse immediately reacted violently.

“Easy girl. Easy girl.” I said trying to whisper gently into her ears and rub the side of her head in an attempt to ease her.

She refused to be calmed which was so unlike her.

She neighed puddly and tossed side by side.

Eventually I lost balance and she flung me down to the ground.

“Owwww.” I howled in pain as I landed hard on my bum.

I tried to feel myself.

I hoped I hadn’t broken anything.

I looked up and saw the strange man was staring me down with a weird gaze.

He just stood staring and gawking as though he had seen a ghost.

“Throne of EVIL!” He pointed at me.

“What?” I said in disbelief.

He was frothing at the mouth and then he rushed over to me.

I tried to crawl away from him but my leg hurt like hell.

“Ouch.” I howled in pain.

Maybe I had in fact broken something.

“You don’t belong here.” He sneered at me. “Your…. Majesty. You don’t belong here.”

“Stay away from me!” I screeched at him as I tried to go back.

I could hear the wolves hurrying up ahead.

He grabbed my dress. “You need to leave this place. If you remain here we will all die.”

And then he looked down at my chest.

He grabbed at my necklace and I struggled to push him back.

But he only held the pedant of my necklace.

“Give me back.” I screamed. “Give me back.”

And then his eyes turned white while he salivated like a mad man.

“Go back to where you came from! You do not belong here your majesty! Leave this place! Go back to the sea! Or you will be the reason we shall all die!” He sneered.

He lifted his fists as though in a bid to hit me.

My legs were too weak to move.

I was trapped.

I screamed and closed my eyes and turned my face away but the blow never came.

A cold flash of air flew over me.

I flung my eyes opened in time to see the man was flung away from me and hit the far end of the rocks.

His body shattered into pieces, blood spattered while some of him remained in the rocks.

I looked up above me and saw none other than Aiden.
