Chapter 2037 A World Of Abundance
Chapter 2037 A World Of Abundance
The bunny that came was one of the Bloodstrike Jackalopes, as Cara had informed them that the girls needed a tank for their group, who was at the Spirit Immortal stage.
There were no shortages of them in the Tiny World, but the Elder had requested a bunny for verification, as they were the hardest to corrupt, and terrible at lying. So, this took care of both requests.
They had a tank for the group, and a bunny to verify that Cara wasn't pulling a prank.
"Elder Xiao, it's a pleasure to meet you. I am Lala, and I will be accompanying the girls as their tank for the trial tower today.
There is not set timer, we can be in there all day if they want, and the combat trials aren't the only options. I can set some time to study from books too."
It took the Elder three long seconds to accept what her eyes were showing her. Evolved Immortal bunnies, with the Blood Knight Class? That was not something that you saw on a normal day.
But it seemed that the Darklight Host had more than one, as none of the staff even noticed the oddity.
The customers certainly did, though.
"Wait, Miss Lala, before you go, can you answer some questions? How did you evolve? Were you born that way? And why an advanced combat class?"
Lala smiled at them, and made a grand gesture toward Cara.
"My good friend Cara can tell you all about it. I need to hop off and take care of the kids, but she will be here all morning, and she was present for both the evolution and the class assignment."
The bunny giggled as she grabbed two small hands in each of hers, and then vanished into the Tiny World.
The Elder sighed, and Cara winked at her, then sent her to the Tiny World, with a message for Thor to host their guest. He should be training the kids right outside the trial tower if he wasn't currently in it, so it wouldn't be an issue to have him keep track of one Elder.
The Tiny World was the Darklight Host's worst kept secret anyhow, and the Elder would just be annoying if she wasn't allowed to go supervise her daughter.
She was also one of the crafting type Elders, though. Letting her into the Tiny World might convince her to join their cause and help with the fun stuff that Remi was working on.
The Naga was extremely busy these days, with Elder Socrate, plus Andrea, their new Succubus Pill Master, working in her lab to develop new products and mass produce the most useful of items for the Clan and Guild.
They had been having excellent luck, with the Tiny World, and the Supreme Ranked resource space that they had inherited.
Sure, there were some resources that were simply too rare for them to be able to obtain without looting the New Home's warehouse, but their goal was to find ways around that, using similar affinity resources that they had in abundance.
If they could succeed for even a few of the Epic Grade recipes, they would revolutionize the Alchemical Arts.
For example, something like the {Spirit Forming Pill}, which was only useful to new Spirit Immortals, and aided in rapidly building your Immortal Spirit, used a Ghost Frost Flower that was generally considered extinct in most worlds.
They wouldn't grow in the Immortal Wold that the New Home was on, even if transplanted, so the only ones they could get were from trial instances and pocket dimensions.
But Remi had managed to transplant one, which was growing slowly in her Beast Space, and it had given her ideas about what could be used to substitute for it. She had many similar frost Element flowers, but the combination of spirit and frost together was much more difficult, and getting them from separate ingredients required a complete rework of the recipe to balance their other effects.
But that was their project for the day.
Every other ingredient had hundreds of acres of growth in the Tiny World, magical plants that were either good ground cover, or edible. The only thing that could have been more abundant was the Black Elf Grass that grew over an entire prairie region.
Ironically, the grass was not black. It had black stripes, but it otherwise looked like any other grass before it matured.
"{ I think that I've got it. We've got these Haint Flowers that could do the job. They grow where Haint Forests give off spirit energy, and while they're water element and not ice, I think that we can balance the heat with just a bit more of the Frost Stone.
Otherwise the energies for the recipe are all the same, so it shouldn't be an issue to form the pills with the substitute ingredients. }"
Remi brought out the flowers, and the other two smiled.
"Oh, that will be wonderful," Andrea agreed.
"How did you get Haint Flowers, anyhow? They're nearly as hard to grow as the Ghost Frost Flowers, and even more rare, as you need Haints in their growth state to trigger their pollination." Elder Socrate added.
"{Oh, we've got plenty of Haints. Skadi, our Forest Lord, is trying to cultivate a small grove of them, and it's been enough that we are getting the flowers already.}"
Socrate clapped his hands once, gleefully.
"Amazing, I shouldn't have underestimated the powers of a Forest Lord. How is the cultivation of the Haints going?"
"{ Not as well as Skadi would like. She is trying to keep them in one place so that she can track their growth, but they keep moving and swapping their identity tags around to accessorize. }"
"Accessorize?"
"{ Juvenile Haints greatly enjoy fashion. Vines, colourful identity tags, bird nests. They go to great lengths to look their best, but they don't stay with just one look, and they keep trading the tags that Skadi puts on them to ensure that none are getting unfair treatment.}"
The two Elders laughed quietly at the thought of the little white furred forest lord trying to keep a bunch of living trees in line, when they were constantly reorganizing themselves.
It sounded adorable.
