Chapter 1154: A Democracy.

For a while, no one spoke. They were silently considering their options while also wishing Loki hadn’t attacked that Gemini.

"This is much worse than I expected," Martial Will said solemnly.

"If what that moose said was true, then I can’t learn how to use their methods. Not only does that mean I have been wasting my time, but it also means that I have no choice but to allow them to spread their sect in my Domain or be eventually eradicated."

For the first time in a long time, Black Chain decided to speak with them. But he started with a laugh.

"Hahaha!"

As he laughed, he said, "I said it was a bad idea to unseal the Sea of Worlds, but they all called me crazy. I said we shouldn’t have up to ten Dao Lords, but they called me a control freak. Who’s crazy now?"

Heavenly Eye didn’t even bother to ask him for a reason. She stated directly with authority, saying, "Actually, you shouldn’t have attacked them like that. After that, more Dao Lords spoke up about how what he did was bad. And even the ones that didn’t speak looked on with eyes full of condemnation.

Only Black Chain and Martial Will didn’t join in the lynching. The two of them seemed to be preoccupied with their thoughts.

When they were done accusing him, Loki said, "First of all, I don’t have to explain myself to you."

"Secondly, my reasons are for me alone. I don’t have to divulge them to you."

"Thirdly, I don’t have to explain myself to you. I really can’t emphasize that enough."

"Fourthly, so what if I did something you didn’t like? What can you do to me?"

"Is that so?" Tepid Scholar asked with a sneer. "It seems you need to be taught a lesson."

Then he said, "All in favor of cutting Inevitable Ragnarok from the Blessed Heaven World, please raise your hands."

As soon as he finished speaking, he raised his hands. Heavenly Eye, Carefree Immortal, Green Fire, Immobile Mountain, and Harem King all raised their hands. These six Dao Lords possessed a total of 14 pathways in the Blessed Heaven World.

So Tepid Scholar said, "14 votes are for the motion. Those against it should raise their hands."

No one raised their hands, not even Loki. Instead, Loki said, "We had an agreement not to sabotage the establishment of each other’s Domain in the Sea of Worlds. And you also swore not to attack me for ten years. So you can’t do anything to me."

"You’re right, Ragnarok," Heavenly Eye said with gleeful pleasure. "But we’re not going to do anything to you. The Will of the World will be the one doing the axing."

Upon hearing this, Loki turned to the Will of the Blessed Heaven World and asked, "What do you say?"

"I say that I am already under a lot of pressure," it replied with a sigh.

"I have you ten monsters to deal with when I reach the upper realm. I don’t think it is a good idea to attract the ire of hundreds of Dao Lords."

"If they want to spread their sects in my world, let them do so. It is only temporary anyway. I will ascend soon, and it will be over."

Down below in the Sea of Worlds, the Domain that the Devouring Supreme Metac was anchoring in the Blessed Heaven began to fracture. It lost its support, so it was being squeezed on every side by the surrounding Domains.
