Chapter 494: The Brotherhood of Chaos

"What is it that you need to talk to me about?" Kai asked the goddess. "Wait, what is your name?"

"Aera." The goddess informed him.

"Ha! Let me guess, the continent has wind in its name or something?"

Aera and Telia looked at each other and chuckled.

"Windonia," Telia told him.

"Pwahahaha! Of course it’s called Windonia! Hahahaha!"

"It’s not that funny." Aera frowned.

"You’re right. My bad. Tell me, what did you wish to talk about?" Kai was actually being serious now.

"It’s about the Brotherhood of Chaos."

"Oh, the interrogator asked me if I knew about that group. What’s her name again? Oh, right, Mei."

Aera nodded. "They are an extremist group that is trying their best to destroy the current way of the continent. They don’t like the fact that women are in control and wish to be the ones in power."

Kai laughed. "Well, duh. From my little observation, you treat them less than they deserve. Now, I don’t know everything, and I can tell that you don’t treat them as slaves, but you see men as possessions and livestock. Pretty harsh if you ask me."

Aera frowned once more. "D-Do you plan on changing this way of life we have here?" She honestly couldn’t stop Kai if he wanted to, and she hoped that he wouldn’t. She would protest and at least ask him to keep women in charge, but hoped he wouldn’t even think about doing that in the first place.

"Hell nah! The current structure is fucking great. Men don’t know how good they have it right now. Man, I wish I had been taken here when I arrived in this world. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I’m happy I’m not in their position right now, but I’m thinking with my dick, so don’t take what I say seriously."

Aera and Telia were glad that Kai was at least being honest, even though he was simply talking about how good the men had it when it came to sex.

’Oh shit. Maybe not. Those men are probably getting pegged and shit. No thanks. I’m happy I wasn’t reincarnated on this continent.’

"Anyway. The Brotherhood of Chaos is terrorizing all of the towns, cities, and even the monster wilds, causing them to rampage, which forces my daughter to act, and causes the death of many of the warriors." Aera explained

"You’re a demigod. Why don’t you just kill them?" Kai asked Telia, turning to her.

"The energy they use can hurt me, more specifically, their leader. He is overflowing with this energy, and when I fought him last time, he left me with this scar." Telia undid a part of her hanfu and showed Kai her injury, her chest on full display.

On her chest, there was a scar that ran from right below her collarbone to the middle of her belly, slightly going past her belly button.

"Ouch." Kai knew that the injury had to hurt

"Ouch indeed. It was a painful injury. I managed to beat him, but I was too weak to kill him, so I fled instead, focusing my time on healing rather than engaging in conflict. Unfortunately, he healed faster than I did and continued to cause trouble for my people. I’m still recovering to this day."

Kai reached his hand toward her chest and groped her boob.

"Ahh~W-What are you doing?!" Telia shouted, blushing extremely hard.

"What? I can’t touch my new wife’s body?" He smirked, grabbing her other boob.

"S-Stop~Ahh~You bastard!"

"Haha! I’m kidding. Here." He could tell from just looking at the injury that it was inflicted with Progenitor decay. So, he absorbed the energy that lingered in her body, then healed her wound.

"There you go. You should be all better now."

Aera and Telia were both shocked. They couldn’t believe that Kai was able to heal her so easily. They had done so many things together in an attempt to heal her, but nothing ever worked.

Then Kai just does this with a wave of his hand? It was insane.

"Oh yeah, marrying you is the right option." Telia smiled

"Haha! Glad you see so as well. Do you guys know who this bad guy is and how he got his hands on Progenitor Decay? I’m tired of dealing with this energy, to be honest. My father wants me to go on a quest to absorb all of it, bla bla bla."

"Ohh, so this is progenitor decay. My sisters told me about it, but I never saw it in person before." Aera nodded

"Hold on. Telia, do you know that you have a cousin named Dasani?" Kai just realized that they were related.

"Yeah, why? Did something happen to her?"

"Oh. Nevermind. Fiji, her daughter, your niece, is also a part of my harem. We had a kid not too long ago."

"Seriously? That bitch didn’t tell me anything!"

"We’ll have a family reunion one day. Okay, back to who this evil guy is."

Aera continued speaking. "So, the guy who is the leader of the Brotherhood of Chaos is my son. He was born mortal with no divine power, but he was special as he was able to reach the peak of humanity."

"I see. A neglected son." Kai understood how the guy would feel.

"He wasn’t neglected. I had him as my right-hand for ages. He was even born immortal!" Telia argued

"That may be true, but he not only saw how men were being treated, but also wasn’t born a god like you, so he expierenced that firsthand as well." Kai pointed out.

Telia sighed. "But for him to turn on us to this degree is insane."

"Don’t dwell on it, dear. Kai, I have no clue how he managed to acquire these powers. Around two and a half years ago, maybe a bit longer than that, he suddenly became this strong, and we’ve been fighting him ever since."

Kai instantly thought of his brother and how he had spread PD all over the world, causing Kai to go on this type of quest instead of just exploring the world as he wanted without responsibility.

He explained this to them, and they understood that this was a lot bigger than what they realized. But Kai told them not to worry since he beat the shit out of Aion....his clone. He beat the shit out of Aion’s clone.
