Chapter 508: Demon Castle of Doom

"So, I just got word from Sasha that some bitch named Carlotta turned out to be a spy and informed your brother’s men to attack the city," Kai said to Telia.

"That bitch!"

"See, I told you that all Carls are bad news. This proves my point."

Telia still didn’t believe that all people named Carl were bad. "It’s just a coincidence."

"Is it? Or are you in denial?"

"Honey, that’s literally only two people with the name Carl who are bad."

"That YOU’VE met. I’ve met plenty of Carls before. Trust me, none of them is good news. Hell, I bet that even the great Zion Zagan agrees with me. Leo, does Zion agree with me?"

Leo appeared. "Yeah. He’s run into a lot of Carls. It’s gotten to the point where he just kills anyone named Carl on sight."

"See! I told you." Kai was now confident that Telia would believe him.

"Uhh, who’s this?"

"Huh? Oh, that’s my dad."

Talia and Yorrigan froze. They knew who Leo was, and they did not expect him to casually respond to Kai’s demand. Because of that, they assumed he was a servant or something.

"T-The Progenitor?" Yorrigan asked

"Uhh, yeah. Don’t you and your sisters have foresight? You should know this already."

"Shut up! Do you think my foresight would work on someone such as the Progenitor?!"

Kai shrugged. "Dunno. Oh, you can go now, Leo. I don’t want you ruining the moment."

"Wow, is that what you think of me?"

"Uhh, yeah? No child wants their parents around when they’re hanging out with beautiful women like these two queens."

Telia and Yorrigan perked up upon hearing him call them queens. That made them feel very appreciated.

"Whatever, man. That’s why your daughters love me, their grandpa, more than you!"

"Sure, sure. Why are you still here?"

"Motherfucker!" Leo left.

"Heh, bast—" Yorrigan kissed Kai on the lips to express her feelings.

"Mmm~Chwp~I bet my sisters hadn’t done that with you yet, huh?" She smirked

"No, no, they haven’t." He was about to lean in for more until Telia cleared her throat.

"Right." He took her hand, pulled her in close, and kissed her on the lips as well.

"Good boy." She smiled

"I’ll allow it."

Before Leo had arrived, Kai dropped off Blessa at the camp where he had met Yorrigan. After that, the three of them made their way to the demon castle.

So he wouldn’t forget, he sent a clone back to Astalith so it could check out his children there. All of the tribesmen were extremely happy to see him, and Kai was greeted by his 25 children there as well.

All of them were girls, of course. He didn’t understand how he was only having girls, but it wasn’t that big of a deal to him. If he had a son, Kai already knew he would follow in his footsteps, and he didn’t know if that was a good or bad thing.

"There it is, the demon castle." Yorrigan pointed.

"You ready to become a goddess, Yorri?"

She gulped. "Y-Yeah. I’m ready...I think. I honestly have no idea."

"Well, it doesn’t matter because the demon king is going down today. And if we see Carliodas, he’s going down today as well. You two ready?"

"Yup." Telia nodded

"Let’s do this." Yorrigan released her demonic energy.

"Haha! Time to....What the fuck?!" The entire demonic army was racing toward Kai, Telia, and Yorrigan as if they had already known of their presence.

"Kai. Why is the demon army coming at us right now?" Telia took out her weapon, a spear.

"Really? Did you think that my saying ’What the fuck’ meant that I knew why they were coming at us? Of course, I don’t know why they’re fucking coming at us. I didn’t even know that they knew that we were here!"

"Uhh, guys? You might want to pay attention. They’re nearly here."

"Yeah, no. We’re not here for them. I’m not wasting my time fighting them." He raised a finger and pointed it at the army. It glinted, shining only briefly, but a split second after his finger glowed, the entire army just exploded.

It was as if they were walking on a dormant volcano that decided to erupt at that exact moment.

"Heh, losers. Okay, let’s go." Kai grabbed the two of them and ran toward the throne room extremely fast, doing a few laps around the castle to find it.

"You’ve exceeded my expectations, dear sister," Carliodas said as the three of them entered the room.

"Carliodas." Telia scoffed while saying his name.

"Heh. Do you miss me?" He turned around and started walking toward her, not getting too close. He stopped, standing a good distance between the two of them.

"Hmmm. For being the son of a goddess, you’re uglier than I expected. I thought you would be some handsome lady killer in terms of looks, like me, but it turns out that you’re not. Ha!"

Carliodas looked at Kai with an ugly expression. "And who is he? Your new servant?" He noticed Kai wearing a collar.

"Fuck. I forgot I had this bullshit on."

"He’s my husband."

"Your husband?"

"That’s right."

Carliodas smiled. "I see. You must love him, huh?"

"I’m starting to."

Kai accepted the win.

"I wonder how you’ll feel when he’s dead. Carlruto! Kill him!"

Carlruto, the demon king, came out of nowhere and lunged at Kai, his hand already in his face with immense amounts of energy crackling in his palm.

The moment Carlruto was about to land his attack, Kai simply swatted the guy onto the ground, killing him in one shot.

"The fuck did you think that loser was going to do against me?"

Carliodas paused, Telia chuckled, and Yorrigan’s jaw dropped. The strongest demon in the realm was swatted like a fly and died. It was insane.

"You can go ahead and absorb that essence, sweetheart. The big kids are going to have a chat with this bully." Kai cracked his knuckles.

"You know what, I shouldn’t even be surprised or anything anymore. Yay to being the demon queen." Yorrigan absorbed the essence and became the new demon queen.
