The Hidden Extra: The Lazy Prince Refuses to Ascend The Throne

Chapter 848: Lustful Yllia

Chapter 848: Lustful Yllia

"Pfft! What kind of accusation is that?" Yllia giggled, waving her left hand. "You’ve got the wrong idea. That wasn’t me. I don’t have that kind of ability."

Nolan narrowed his eyes suspiciously. He didn’t believe her right away, especially with how suspiciously she was acting.

Noticing his skeptical look, Yllia chuckled softly and pinched his cheek.

"I’m telling the truth. It wasn’t me—it was her. I don’t have any such intentions, okay? She—no, Seria—did it on her own. You should ask her about it."

Nolan’s doubts vanished instantly. He didn’t sense even the slightest hint of a lie in her words.

Nolan let out a deep sigh before asking, "Did she do it for a specific reason? Or maybe it wasn’t Seria who did it, but the spirit within her—the Goddess of Life?"

"Maybe yes, maybe no. I don’t know either," Yllia replied with a shrug.

However, the smile on her face made Nolan think she already knew the answer—she just didn’t want to tell him.

"I just realized you’re actually pretty annoying, Yllia," Nolan grumbled as he slowly sat up and shot her an annoyed look.

"Pfft!" Yllia giggled, covering her mouth. "You’re giving me too much credit, Singularity of Chaos. Even Seria says I’m annoying all the time. Oh, right!"

Her eyes lit up.

"Don’t tell me you’ve been thinking of me as some sinless saint this whole time?"

Seeing her innocent expression, Nolan could only roll his eyes.

"You’re overthinking it. It’s just that my impression of you has changed a little."

Yllia burst into laughter again. For some reason, whenever she was with Nolan, she felt like she could simply be herself.

After her laughter faded, a mischievous smile appeared on her face.

"By the way, Singularity of Chaos."

Yllia suddenly crawled closer until only a handspan separated them.

"Do you still remember that time? When you came here looking so sad?" she asked.

Nolan was slightly startled by how close she was. He slowly nodded.

"I remember. Why do you ask?"

Back then, he had been frustrated after learning that his predecessor—the previous Singularity of Chaos—had died in a way he never could have imagined.

Since he had inherited that person’s power, he had also inherited his resolve and mission.

Yllia leaned in even closer. They were so close they could feel each other’s breath.

"Do you know?" she whispered, her sweet, soothing breath brushing against his face. "After I kissed you, I couldn’t sleep properly. Every night, I keep thinking about it. I wish I could go back and do it again... and again. It’s become... addictive."

Thump!

Nolan’s heart pounded in his chest as he stared at Yllia’s slightly flushed face.

There was a longing in her eyes that she could barely hide. Her gaze alone was enough to tell him she wanted to pull him into her embrace right then and there.

"This woman..."

Nolan was at a loss for words. He had never expected even the spirit of the World Tree to harbor feelings like these.

But Nolan didn’t blame her. After all, Yllia was still a woman—a living being with emotions and desires, no different from humans, dragons, or demons.

His eyes slowly fell to her soft pink lips.

He gently lifted her chin and leaned in.

Yllia’s eyes widened, her heart skipping a beat.

But instead of pulling away, she slipped her arms around his neck and closed her eyes.

Their lips met in a gentle, lingering kiss, neither of them in any hurry to let go.

A few moments later, Nolan finally broke the kiss. A thin strand of saliva stretched between their lips before snapping apart.

"Hah... Hah... Hah..."

Yllia took a few unsteady breaths. Her cheeks were flushed, and tears sparkled in the corners of her eyes.

Nolan smiled gently and wiped them away with his thumb.

"What’s wrong?" he asked with a faint grin. "Regretting it already?"

Yllia gently shook her head. The longing in her eyes hadn’t faded in the slightest.

"No. I want more."

She cupped Nolan’s face in both hands and leaned in once again.

Caught off guard, Nolan lost his balance and fell onto his back.

But Yllia didn’t let him. She kissed him again, this time with more longing than the first, and left Nolan a little overwhelmed.

A few minutes later, Yllia finally pulled away. She took a few seconds to catch her breath before leaning in to kiss him again.

For the first time, Nolan realized he’d completely underestimated her. Behind Yllia’s innocent face was a woman whose passion rivaled even that of a succubus.

...

The next morning...

"What’s wrong with your face? Why do you look so tired?"

Seria stared at the part of Nolan’s face that wasn’t covered by his mask. He looked unusually pale.

It was rare to see him like this.

Nolan suppressed the turmoil in his heart and slowly shook his head.

"It’s nothing. I just couldn’t sleep last night," he replied casually, without the slightest change in his expression.

"Heh..." A satisfied smile appeared on Seria’s face. "I didn’t expect someone as strong as you to suffer from insomnia. My impression of you has changed a little."

Hearing her tease him, Nolan simply rolled his eyes and ignored her.

His thoughts were still in disarray. He hadn’t expected that he and Yllia had almost crossed the line between a man and a woman last night.

Fortunately, he still had enough self-control to stop before things went any further.

Even so, he had to admit that Yllia was unbelievably charming. Even he had almost fallen for her.

"My dear Seira..." he muttered to himself. "After what I had to endure last night, you definitely owe me one. I’ll be collecting that debt when I get back to my original world."

If it weren’t for the deep love he still held for his fiancée from his past life, he would probably have a harem by now. After all, having more than one wife wasn’t forbidden in this world.

On top of that, Nolan was handsome. Any woman would probably be willing to be with him.

Seria narrowed her eyes suspiciously. She knew Nolan was hiding something, but she couldn’t figure out what it was.

"All right, let’s get straight to the point," Seria said coldly, crossing her arms. "Why did you summon me here?"

Nolan smiled faintly as he walked up to her.

He took her hand with one of his and slipped the other around her waist.

Leaning close enough for his lips to brush against her ear, he murmured, "Seria, it’s been a while since we’ve gone out together. How about we go on a date?"

His warm breath brushed against her pointed ear. An elf’s ears were the most sensitive part of their body. A shiver ran through Seria, and her legs instantly went weak.

The usually cold and arrogant Singularity of Life now looked surprisingly adorable, like a woman overwhelmed by shyness.

"Y-You..."

Seria tried to push him away, but Nolan gently nipped her ear instead, instantly draining the strength from her body.

"Come on, don’t fight it. Let’s go on a date."

He opened a portal and, without hesitation, stepped through, supporting Seria as she leaned against him.
