"Get ready. I’m going to wake it up."
Nolan’s body slowly floated toward the cave ceiling. He then pressed his palms together and shouted, "Dimensional Expansion!"
Buzz!
A transparent box appeared above the monster. The next second, the four sides of the box began moving away from each other.
Each side continued to expand, again and again, until the entire cave was enveloped by it.
The sight startled Flugar and Obsidia.
"What kind of skill is that?" Obsidia exclaimed in shock.
"The skill is called ’Dimensional Expansion,’" Arnold explained beside her. "As the name suggests, it allows my lord to swallow any area he desires into a boundless dimension. It’s nearly impossible for anyone trapped inside to escape."
"Dimensional Expansion?" Obsidia repeated in awe.
She rarely saw Nolan take direct action. It could be said that she knew almost nothing about him, except for the fact that he was incredibly powerful.
The expansion finally came to a halt.
Nolan opened his eyes and smiled faintly.
"Everyone, I’ve sealed off this space. Fight to your heart’s content. No need to hold back."
"Hahaha! That’s great!"
Arnold burst out laughing as his body slowly grew into a giant dragon forty meters tall.
His four wings spread wide, displaying his majestic form.
Obsidia and Flugar weren’t about to be outdone either. Both immediately took their respective battle stances.
Meanwhile, the world-level monster sensed the changes around it.
Its eyes suddenly snapped open, revealing pitch-black pupils.
"Who dares to disturb my sleep?"
Its huge body slowly got to its feet. Standing sixty meters tall, it looked absolutely terrifying.
"You damn monster, hand over the Pearl of Life inside your body. If you do that, we won’t have to kill you."
Hearing this, the world-level monster looked up and met Nolan’s arrogant gaze.
"You..." Its eyes widened. "Singularity of Chaos!?"
"Oh? You still remember me?" Nolan said with a chuckle.
The monster suddenly raised its front legs and let out an angry roar.
"What do you mean by this? Are you going to attack me!?"
Nolan gave a slight nod.
"That’s right. I—oh, wait. I mean, my subordinates will use you to improve their affinity. Get ready."
"Arrogant!"
The monster growled angrily.
"I am a beast from heaven! You mortals will never defeat me!"
Obsidia suddenly felt like something was squeezing her soul. But a moment later, a mysterious power surrounded her, protecting her from the monster’s overwhelming pressure.
"Thank you, Master."
She smiled at Nolan.
"Enough of this nonsense."
Nolan waved his hand dismissively.
"My beloved subordinates, I entrust that disgusting monster to you."
"Yes, my Lord!" the three replied in unison.

A hundred kilometers from the Island of Silence lay a deserted harbor. Only a few ships were moored there.
The harbor was called Hanafu, and it belonged to one of the human kingdoms on the Western Continent.
"Hmmm..."
A harbor guard hummed quietly as he walked around, keeping an eye on his surroundings.
He held a lantern in his left hand, occasionally moving it from side to side.
"It’s so quiet," he muttered with a sigh. "If things keep going like this, they’ll shut down the harbor. I’ll lose my job."
As someone working in such a remote area, being a harbor guard was the only job he had.
There were no factories or other attractions that would draw merchants from across the kingdom to this place.
As a result, there weren’t many job opportunities. Most people were either unemployed or worked as fishermen, earning just enough to get by.
He was worried that if the harbor was eventually shut down, he would end up just like the people who had already lost their jobs.
As he continued making his rounds, something in the distance caught his attention.
"Hmmm? What’s that?"
He squinted, trying to get a better look, but he still couldn’t tell what it was.
He pulled a pair of binoculars from his pocket and looked through them. Only then did he get a clear view of the strange object in the distance.
A bright white light could be seen far away.
From where he stood, it looked very small. But the reflection it cast across the surrounding waters suggested otherwise.
"Could that be the Island of Silence?"
His heart raced at the thought.
According to legend, the Island of Silence lay somewhere in the ocean off the coast of the Western Continent.
But no one knew exactly where it was, so most sailors and ordinary people thought the island was nothing more than a myth.
"I have to tell the others!" he exclaimed excitedly.
If it really was the Island of Silence, he couldn’t let this chance slip away. His fate—no, the fate of everyone in this town, maybe even the entire kingdom—could change because of this.
He turned around and ran back to the harbor.

Two massive creatures slammed into each other.
"You lowly creature! How dare you challenge me, a being of heaven!"
The unicorn monster shoved Arnold away before spinning around and kicking him.
Caught off guard, Arnold was sent flying backward. But his four wings immediately spread out, allowing him to regain his balance.
He opened his massive mouth, and a sphere of energy shot toward the unicorn.
Boom!
The explosion sent the unicorn flying backward.
"Hey, don’t forget about me!"
Flugar appeared in the sky, raising his staff high.
Dozens of magic circles appeared above and below the unicorn monster.
Whoosh!
Dozens of thirty-meter-long comets shot out from the magic circles above and slammed into the monster’s massive body.
Meanwhile, mysterious roots wrapped around the monster’s body, preventing it from escaping.
Obsidia wasn’t about to be outdone either. She pressed her palms together, and a black disc appeared above her.
It was her main body. Gripping it tightly, she hurled it toward the monster.
"Die!"
The disc flew through the air at incredible speed, slashing at different parts of the monster’s body with perfect accuracy.
Nolan didn’t do anything. He simply hovered high in the sky, calmly watching the fight.
"That’s still not enough," he muttered.
Boom!
A purple aura erupted from the unicorn monster’s body. The roots binding it shattered instantly.
The disc was knocked back before flying straight into Obsidia’s hand.
"What the hell was that!? Isn’t that monster taking us seriously yet?"
Obsidia took a step back, her vigilance reaching its peak.
"You worthless creatures!"
The unicorn monster stood up, its body covered in wounds and blood.
The purple aura surrounding its body slowly healed those wounds.
"I’ll make you pay a hundredfold!"
It stomped all four hooves, and the ground beneath it immediately shook violently. Even the space trapping them began to tremble.
Nolan hurriedly channeled his power to stabilize the space.
Buzz!
The monster’s body suddenly began to change. Its body grew larger and larger until it reached a hundred meters tall.
A new horn sprouted from its head, while mysterious scales appeared across its skin, covering its entire body like armor.
Nolan gave a faint smile.
"Finally, the monster is getting serious. You three... don’t let me down."
