Chapter 877: Infiltrating His Office

I got the pony sized doggo into the box that Ries had made for it to be transported in.

I made sure that it was comfortable before closing the door and leaving the big container behind for Renata to eat.

The plan now was to deliver this box directly to Kaito’s office and since I’ve already been there before, I should be able to get inside it.

I say that with certainty because I have a Psionic power and an eldritch entity as my cheat codes which no one else does.

At least... I hope no one else does?

For now, I had Renata swallow up the box to hide it while I returned to the normal floor of the Pleasure Station.

I walked past the pool area of the recreation area and eyed the vacationers with envy.

All of them looked like they were having so much fun...

Tsk... You guys wait... Once I’m done with this job, I’m going to get the girls together to have fun on this station as well! And we’re going to splurge our Credits and get all the best amenities that money can buy here!!

I moved towards the building in the distance where I remembered was where Kaito’s office was located.

Interestingly, there were several armoured people guarding the entire area around the building where they had even mobilised Power Armour to stand guard alongside them.

Needless to say, I’m pretty sure they did that expecting Yuki to launch a retaliatory strike against them for what they did to her during her exhibition.

I doubt Yuki would just attack him in broad daylight in the middle of the Pleasure Station but I guess this was also a show of force or something on Kaito’s end.

Maybe the station owner will see just what kind of hardware Kaito had and decide to go with him instead of Yuki after the exhibition.

Anyway... His office is on the top floor of this building so I’m gonna have to find a way to sneak past all these people to get in there.

Alright... First part of the plan...

"Do you think you can do it, Renata?" I asked, slipping into the corner and hiding myself from view.

"Mmm... Since I didn’t eat them, I can only copy the looks of their armour but it should be enough!"

My clothes started to melt into goo which then flowed over the rest of my body including my head to reform itself into body armour that looked exactly the same as those armoured guards standing outside the building.

I also intentionally ignored the fact that Renata took the opportunity to give both my boobs and my crotch a squeeze before she fully formed herself.

It’s nothing new anyway so I didn’t comment on it.

With her fully formed, I stepped out from the corner of the building I was hiding behind and started heading towards the crowd of armoured guards.

I was a little worried that they might have scanners or even stop me to check my identity but surprisingly, no one said anything and only a few of them glanced in my direction before turning back to man their posts.

Perfect.

Unfortunately, the front door seemed to be shut tight and it looked like they were not allowing anyone to go through them even if you were one of those armoured guards.

That’s within expectations so it didn’t matter.

I walked through the encirclement and looked for a spot where there were fewer guards and stood there with my back against the wall of the building.

I then tapped on my Codex to initiate a call with my girls which was picked up the moment it started ringing.

"Ohhh~ You’re looking really hot, Tera~" Amber giggled the moment she popped up on my screen.

I was literally wearing a combat armour that hid my entire body from view so the only thing ’hot’ about me is the temperature of the air inside the suit.

"Mmm~ I love you too Amber. Where are you girls?"

"We secured the building across the street from you~ Look up~"

I did as she asked and narrowed my eyes, scanning the aforementioned building for any signs of my girls to see a certain blonde haired beauty waving at me on top of the roof.

That particular building was meant to serve as a shopping complex with a rooftop relaxation lounge so it wasn’t strange for them to be up there.

But the building itself was shorter than Kaito’s building so they might have trouble seeing into his office from there.

Not that they need to anyway since I’ll be the one that’s showing them everything and they’re only positioned there in case we needed to execute plan B or C.

"I see you. Are we ready?" I asked.

"When you are~ Go ahead, Tera!"

Alright then.

While making sure no one was looking at me, I pressed my back against the wall behind me with even more force.

I felt myself sinking into it as Renata ate up the wall to allow me to pass through them, letting me ’melt’ into the wall and appear on the other inside of it while Renata reconstructed the wall I had just passed through, leaving no traces behind.

Now that we’re in... I looked around for the elevator that should lead directly to Kaito’s office and it was quite easy to spot considering there was a crowd of those armoured guards standing in front of it to form another defensive perimeter around it.

I can’t tell if this guy was being paranoid now with all these defenses prepared.

Nevertheless, I went towards the lobby and stood near the elevator while being a distance away from those guards to appear like I was just doing my patrols.

But unfortunately, someone seemed to have noticed me and came over with his gun held by his side.

"You there... State your name and number," He called out.

I pretended not to notice him by looking in the opposite direction and started walking away instead.

"Hey! I’m talking to you! Where do you think you’re going?!"

Shit... Come on... Just go back to your post damnit... Why do you have to be a busybody...

I turned around a corner and made sure there were no cameras around before I climbed up to the ceiling, using my telekinesis to stick myself up there to hide right as the guy came running around the corner.

"Hey you-- What? What the..."

The guy paused and looked around the empty corridor, clearly confused how the person he was chasing earlier could disappear like that.

"Psst... Daddy?" Renata whispered in my ear. "There’s a ceiling panel up ahead... I think we can crawl through there~"

I looked up and sure enough, there was the outline of a panel in front of me so I floated over to it and pushed the panel upwards to reveal a space above that was just big enough to fit a person if you were to crawl through it.

I quickly slipped into the ceiling and closed the panel before the person below could notice.

Judging by the location of this crawl space, the elevator shaft should be right over... There~

I flew through the space and popped out through a metal gate to appear in the elevator shaft, the elevator itself parked below me.

That was easy.

I then accelerated upwards through the shaft until I reached the highest floor.

I pried the door open and stepped onto the landing, expecting myself to appear in the same room where I had met Kaito.

From here, I would need to switch to another private elevator to get to his office directly so... Eh?

In the room, I found a single person seated on her knees in the centre and facing towards my direction like they had already expected me to appear from the start.

It took me a moment to realise that it was one of those secretary girls that had been following Kaito around and judging by the sword that she had placed on the ground beside her, she was also guarding this place.

"So she really did end up sending someone after all," She muttered, her hand reaching out to pick up the sword before she stood up.

Damn... Err...

"Ahem... I don’t know what you’re talking about. The lift was just broken so I’m here to fix it," I lied.

She didn’t even say a word to me as she pulled out her sword and activated it, prompting the edge to light up with a red light.

Without warning, she leapt towards me and tried to slash her sword at my neck, clearly intent on decapitating me.

But before her sword could reach me... I lifted up my hand and backhanded her across her chest, sending her flying away from me to crash into the wall.

Her sword clattered to the ground noisily and the girl toppled onto the ground, unconscious.

Hmm... Sorry, I don’t have time to play with you so just lay there for now~
