’Elaine De Noir, one of the twelve overseers of this world... what the fuck is that?’ Yohan was both surprised and dumbfounded hearing that woman’s introduction; by the look on Elaine’s face, he could tell that she was taking so much pride in that title as if it were something very precious to her.
Every single strand around his body was telling him to get away as far as he could from this woman, not to get involved with her business, but alas, the thing was he didn’t know how to dodge the bullet. Her cultivation base was superior to him; he might have advantages when it comes to raw strength and the divine physique he had, but alas, he didn’t want to go that far involving himself in another battle with this unknown woman of unknown origin. "Look lady, I don’t want any trouble and I don’t have anything to do with that overseer business of yours, so you better leave me alone," Yohan finally broke his silence and he suppressed his frightening Qi, which was leaking from his body; Elaine also did the same, matching her demeanor with Yohan.
"What do you mean you have nothing to do with me? You are the sole reason why I had to come all the way here. You aren’t aware how much chaos you caused in recent times; your existence is threatening the world order," Elaine whispered as she got close to Yohan.
Yohan’s facial expression slightly changed after hearing her; he had some vague idea what she was talking about. He was definitely standing out with his monstrous cultivation growth; he was one step away from reaching the pinnacle of this world. It was normal he would attract some unwanted attention.
First that mysterious lady from the imperial family, and now this woman who belonged to some organization that oversees the order of this world.
"So what’s next?" Finally Yohan took a long sigh; he had enough of this bullshit. He wanted to talk things out in a peaceful manner, but if things didn’t go his way, he was ready to throw everything he had in order to protect everything that he cared for.
"It’s pretty simple: I am going to judge you whether you are someone who will shape this world in a good way, free from evil, or someone who will cause mayhem!" she said while gently taking his face between her palms.

A notification took place in Yohan’s head; he could also feel Elaine’s Qi flowing inside his body.
’Don’t do anything for now,’ Yohan gave the command, as he wanted to see what she was trying to do. He couldn’t feel any ill intention or killing intent from her, so it was fine as long as the system didn’t detect any kind of energy that was harmful to his body.
At the same time, under the night sky, Elaine’s eyes started dazzling with silver light. The moment it happened, he felt a soothing sensation inside his body; he remained calm and composed and welcomed Elaine’s Qi. Sometime later, a gentle smile appeared on Elaine’s face.
"Indeed, you are not some demon or evil being who invaded this realm; I am glad I don’t have to kill you with my own hands!" she whispered in a low voice.

Yohan’s soul nearly left his body the moment she mentioned demons and evil beings.
"If you are not some demon or evil being from another realm, then how in the world did you reach the Heavenly Soul Realm?" Elaine whispered as she looked at Yohan.
Yohan, who was shocked by her earlier statement, came to his senses and took a deep breath before looking at her with a serious gaze.
"By birth, I was pretty much gifted when it comes to cultivation. Seeing my frightening growth, out of fear, my family decided to keep it a secret so nothing bad could happen to me. That’s why I acted like trash all those years while hiding my real cultivation. For you, it might be overnight growth, but I worked my ass off all those eighteen years to reach the Heavenly Soul Realm," Yohan said as he looked at Elaine. He knew he was bullshitting, but that was the only way to explain his situation.
There were similar kinds of rumors already circulating: that he was some genius who was hiding his cultivation all those years and pretending to be trash.
"You are a dual cultivator, right?"

"You are telling me that you started cultivating Yin Qi from your birth..." Elaine looked at Yohan with a different gaze.

"I am dead serious; I have to make sure everything you said is true. That’s my job as an overseer," Elaine whispered, and with those words, she pulled him closer to her, looking into his very eyes. Yohan was taken aback, feeling the softness of her breasts pressing against him, with his face next to hers, lips inches apart. Yohan gulped nervously, looking into her eyes.
"I like you. I’ve never met anyone like you before; you intrigue me... Young Master Yohan!"
