Almond’s group took the eastern path.
Rudra’s group circled the forested ridge of Bastionworld’s distorted terrain.
Fog cascaded through the valley.

Shortly after they split, one group was attacked by five people from another club.
The battle began instantly, and the other group of Regalons rushed there.
Just as they arrived, the reinforcement of the enemy also arrived.
A full 10 vs 10 battle broke out instantly.

A spear of lightning skewered the air and slammed into Silvester, sending him tumbling across the terrain, before the storm behind that spear arrived.
They attacked immediately.
Their leader was a gold-haired human wrapped in living thundersteel armor.

Their combined pressure bent the air.
The ground shook simply from their presence.
Regalon immediately split into two groups, but the storm warriors moved faster.
The serpent maiden struck first. Her spear trail split into three timelines of lightning and thrust at Silvester’s chest.
Silvester caught the first with Inbound Carnage, deflected the second with Steller Vein, and still the third bored a hole through his shoulder and pinned him to a boulder.
’One hit and I am almost cooked. Careful, they multiply their strikes.’
Two storm mages activated twin formation sigils.
The air thundered.

The battlefield flipped polarity, dragging Hiroshi directly into the giant’s range.
The giant brought his hammer down.

One by one, Regalons began to fall.

Two storm warriors broke it with bare fists.
Hiroshi tried to cut their openings.
The giant crushed him mid-step, slamming him into the ground and knocking him unconscious.

Five thunder chains bound him, drained his hex, and shattered his spine.
Natalia tried to play a final chord.
She never finished.
A spear silenced her violin.
Big D rose with half his face burned off.
’I can still eat one more of you...’
Ten thunder glyphs detonated on him simultaneously.
He went silent.
Silvester, barely breathing, crawled toward his sword.

Silvester vanished into respawn.
One by one, seven Regalons fell.
Only three remained.

Lily.
Admiral Rudra.
Seven enemies surrounded them because only they had killed the three enemies.
The leader spoke with eyes like suns.
"You three are the only threat, but not for long."
Rudra stepped forward, breathing slowly.
’We fight until we die.’ Almond’s eyes burned with thrill.
’Understood,’ Lily answered. Her tone was calm but tight.
Admiral Rudra cracked his head.
’We kill as many as we can.’
The storm club charged.
Thunder howled.
Lily bent time.

Half the enemies slowed. Two resisted.

Rudra met the giant head-on.

His fist shattered the giant’s hammer and chest. The giant fell, coughing up lightning and blood both.
A spear pierced Rudra’s side and exploded.

Lily snapped her fingers.

She erased color around a storm mage, thinning reality and shifting the mage’s senses completely.
Almond stepped through the gray slit.

One clean cut decapitated the mage, by-passing all the defenses as Almond severed all the resistances towards his target.
Five remained.
A storm assassin appeared behind Lily.

His curved blade bent space and stabbed her liver.
She gasped.
’Got careless. Hold on.’
Almond severed the assassin’s ankle, though he wanted to sever his head.
’What the hell? He redirected my perception cut?’
It was the first time Almond saw someone at his level redirecting his cut.
He went after him and only stopped after killing that assassin.
"Bastard. Let’s kill him first."
Four left.
The leader unleashed his ultimate technique that was boosted by two mages.
Technique: Heavenfall Lattice
A cage of descending thunder meant to erase everything inside it.
Lily folded the paper ten times.
Her skin cracked from strain.

Almond gathered everything.
